Overall good, the shuttle service I think goes until 10 or 11pm but they were kind enough to be flexible with me when I came exactly at 11pm to the station. Make sure you communicate with them in advance. I emailed them and then added their WhatsApp to do so. Worst case you can walk from Xinbeitou station but it's up a hill.
Everything was clean, room was spacious, view was nice. There's a local breakfast place that's a 10 min or less walk you can search on Google maps. There's some drink places and restaurants etc closer to the station.

very old hotel, no lift for guests, no hand washing soap next to the basin, the common stairs were very dirty, you have to walk the stairs to the room. Terrible breakfast, no bacon and eggs. The soy drink had a lot of added sugar but the taste was like water add sugar! No towel mat next to the bath tub to dry your feet. The check-in was allow at 7pm.
Very disappointed with the breakfast!!!

Beautiful and spacious place, the half-open hotspring felt really relaxing. You can feel the cool wind from nature while soaking in a warm tub. Very nice place for a short weekend getaway. Will definitely return again!

Our child just finished competing in the 2024 Olympics and finally got to join us for a family vacation. We were lucky enough to find this hotel that offered a wonderfully quiet and pleasant stay.

Clean, near the nature, friendly staff. Walked around 15mins from the metro station. They also provided shuttle.

A neat Japanese style room awaiting, a small tub white sulplur hotspring water. An enjoyable stay to ease all the tension away after a day long travelling.
The hotel is a little bit far from Xinbeitou commercial area by walk. Yet they offer shuttle service from the MRT station to the hotel by simple WhatsApp communication.
There is no lift available in this hotel, might not be convenient for elders group traveller; luggage service available.
Definitely a budgeted + quality short stay!
