Very convenient but the facilities are a bit old and there is only one lift. When I was checking out the lift was out of service. I was on the 7th floor.

We initially got a terrible room. Molding everywhere, poor cleanliness and smelly, it was a really bad experience. We then asked the reception for either a better room or cancellation. They gave us a different room - it didn t have molding, but the cleanliness was still poor and the ventilation system was probably not cleaned since the hotel opening. The room had windows, but not really usable as it was extremely close to the other building and the towels were ripped.
The personnel was helpful and kindly switched our room and the location we very close to the lively area.

Within Ximending vicinity. Rooms was cleaned everyday. Receptionists give good impression and nicely agreed to my requests. Would stay again in the future.

They clean the room everyday. Free coffee at the lobby. Staff understands and speaks English and very helpful with directions. Near convenience stores and yummy restos. Will surely book again on my next Taipei trip!

The location is very convenient, it's in the heart of Ximenting Area, everything is accessible. Lots of shops and restaurants around the vicinity and a few meters away from Ximen Metro Station. The rooms are clean and well-maintained.
