Handy for Taipei Railway Station and 10 minutes walk to Ximen. The hotel is self is very old. The room is small and there is no breakfast . The hotel has no central heating but a portable heater is provided if requested , the staff speaks good English. And the. was cleaned daily.

My stay here was quite disturbing in many ways. First of all the room is extremely small with barely any space to move around
The room is filled with ants that crawl on you and I even saw a worm crawling on the wall.
There is no toilet paper and when I went down to ask I got a used roll with barely anything left
The breakfast is also at a nextdoor restaurant but nobody explains it to me and I didn’t realize I wanted the coupons until I left. Basically no service until you beg for it.
In the end my room is changed and there are less ants. But may overall stay is still very poor. Not worth the money, go to better hotels which are basically the same or less cost around this area. There are many choices.

The hotel location is so nice, near ximending night market and near the NTU station and some of the museums
Just had a problem with the hotel service. We did not get the package of drop off service because they did not even inform us how to book it ahead of time which is so disappointing, front desk people not helpful and approachable
