暑假週末的一次出遊，環境和服務雙一流，性價比極高，幾乎找不到一點瑕疵，整體體驗感非常好。
首先，價格實惠，房間設施設備齊全，環境乾淨衞生，內外環境設計感很強，旁邊的餐廳出品也很好。然後服務態度超級好，很多事會主動詢問，響應速度很快。後面還有小動物園和遊樂設施，對於小孩子來説很足夠了。
如果説可以提升的地方：因為位置偏僻，建議在大堂放個自動售賣機。

這個酒店才開了半年，很新，酒店的設計非常漂亮，聽説是香港設計師設計，房間巧妙設計空間實用，看得出花了心思。目前入口是村的小路雜草叢生，想不到裏面的酒店這麼漂亮。服務員服務和態度都很好，裏面還有鴕鳥孔雀小豬的動物看，床鋪很乾凈，早餐衹能選一樣，不過份量大，味道好。需要改進的是沖涼房地板去水不給力需要改進。

房間：裝修比較新，簡約乾淨舒適，床品蠻好。就是房間的電視沒有什麼會員哈哈，衹好看粵語長篇
公共區域：整個建築透光通風都做得很好，很清透，樓下的咖啡廳很舒服，適合週末小憩發發呆。室外區域也很大，但還有待進一步開發完善。就是夏天下午比較曬，另外鄉鎮户外蚊子有點多呢，不過店家會提供花露水噴噴。
餐飲：隔壁有一個廚神的中餐館，朋友説很有名的主廚，下次有機會可以試一下。看到有其他客人在户外BBQ，秋冬的時候可以試一下，應該也很舒適。
服務：五星好評的服務，熱情響應，都很親切
下次有機會的話，會跟朋友再來。老闆跟店員阿姨人都蠻好的。

住宿方面：環境很好，空調很涼快，裝修風格很高檔，床鋪乾淨整潔，整體十分舒適，電視也可以投屏。
飲食方面：晚上可以吃燒烤，食材新鮮不是預製，也有當地特色飯菜，好吃有營養，很廣東的菜單。
服務態度方面：有禮貌態度好，還邀請一起在室外唱K。
總體良好，適合出來放鬆放鬆，不去周邊景點衹待在酒店也很有趣，會考慮下次再來。

服務不錯的，小朋友生日讓幫忙佈置下，到達的時候可太驚喜了 ，佈置得很漂亮很用心，而且服務基本有求必應。衞生也很好，也有遊樂設施和小動物可以喂，小朋友很喜歡。

經常到台山度假，這次第一次過來鳳鄉玉懷！又乾淨又好，外面好大一個院子，還有動物玩！管家小姐姐阿霞和阿鳳人真的太好了，大晚上還專門等我們。停車很方便有很多停車位！如果有小朋友可以過來看小動物！下次還過來住👍🏻👍🏻感謝管家們！開心！！
