"Booked this for my elders, and they said the environment was excellent, in a central location with great views. They were given a high-floor room. There's a large shopping mall right downstairs, making dining very convenient. Long-distance buses stop directly in front of the hotel, which is super handy for trips to Shenzhen and Hong Kong!"

"The room was spacious and brightly lit, with a smart voice assistant (Xiao Du) for controls. The shower pressure was excellent, and the overall room layout was quite good. The best part was not having to worry about food, as the mall downstairs had everything we needed. Very good!"

"During my stay, I accidentally left an item at the Chinese restaurant next to the hotel while having a meal. I contacted the front desk, and they immediately went to retrieve it and brought it to my room. Their sense of responsibility is truly impressive! Whether it's the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant staff, everyone is warm, polite, and quick to respond to any issues. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time."

"The room was clean and tidy with great natural light. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. It was very convenient for getting around, making my stay exceptionally comfortable. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. The service details were very thoughtful; there were clear directions upon entering, and complimentary drinking water and toiletries were provided. The hallway was clean and free of clutter, and the mattress was just the right firmness. The overall atmosphere was cozy, and the price was excellent value for money. I was extremely satisfied with my stay."

"We stayed at the hotel on the second day of the ***** New Year. The room was spacious, new, and tidy, with a street-facing balcony. It featured a smart toilet and intelligent lighting controls. The check-in lobby offered an afternoon tea set with exquisite dim sum and a variety of drinks, plus a play area for children. The buffet supper had a wide selection, which was perfect as we came back from watching the fireworks that evening and enjoyed a complimentary supper directly at the hotel. The hotel is located in a bustling city area, making our trip with elderly parents and children very convenient and comfortable."

"If you're looking for an authentic local experience, this hotel's central location is hard to beat. The night market is within walking distance, and there's a shopping mall and grocery store just around the corner. You'll also find plenty of great local restaurants nearby. During my stay, I rarely needed a car or public transportation—only when I wanted to explore other parts of the city. If this is your first time visiting Taishan and you'd like to experience the local culture, I highly recommend staying here. The staff was warm, friendly, and always welcoming. While the hotel is a bit older and could benefit from some updates, it has been well maintained, and the cleanliness and upkeep are commendable. I've stayed at this hotel several times, including more than 10 years ago, and I continue to enjoy it because of its unbeatable location. I would definitely stay here again on future visits."

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was fantastic. What was most appreciated was the warm hospitality of Manager He at the front desk, making us feel right at home. Although the scenery was affected by the recent typhoon, it didn't diminish the quality of our stay at all! I highly recommend this hotel; I especially recommend choosing a room with a private hot spring bath!"

"Exceptional value for money and a truly memorable stay! We were warmly welcomed right from the start with a complimentary pickup service upon arriving in Taishan. The kids were especially delighted with the thoughtful Zongzi Festival-themed welcome gifts and the free eSIM card provided for the stay— such a nice touch! The room was spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable. The hotel’s central location is perfect, with plenty of dining and attractions just steps away. A lovely surprise was the late-night “Starry Night Banquet” buffet, where the friendly staff kindly cooked for us. The breakfast spread was equally impressive — excellent quality and variety for the price point. Special mention goes to Ronan Yan at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and resourceful. He went out of his way to give us local recommendations, directions, and tips that made exploring Taishan so much easier. Overall, it was a perfect 24 hours. Highly recommended — we’d happily return!"
