The front desk was dishonest. One of the deluxe twin rooms booked by Ctrip had a 1.8-meter-sized bed. When it arrived, it was told that there were no more deluxe twin rooms and there were only two 1.5-meter-sized ones. When we arrived at the room, the floor drain in the bathroom was blocked, the wash basin could not be used, and when the faucet was turned on, there was a layer of water on the bathroom floor. The KTV on the first floor is also noisy
