The room was humid and floor was wet when we checked into the room of 5th Flloor 5010.
The wall and ceiling was moldy and the lift has terrible moldy smell.
Will not book this hotel again.

The hotel is in a convenient location, has many facilities and a rich breakfast. The hot springs are nice, and the kids had a lot of fun playing in the water park. I will come again if I have the chance.

The hotel room was clean and hygienic. The room I stayed in was smaller than my friend's. There was a problem with the air conditioner.
