設備陳舊，房間一股黴味和煙味！空調壓根不製冷！大哥三十幾度的高温啊！換了個房間一模一樣！我説你們除了價格低點你們有像酒店的樣子？
設施：破舊不堪
衞生：衞生間還有快樂後的小袋子和紙巾
環境：牆體發黴，一股黴味煙味
服務：根本沒有服務可言！就是帶上上去給了🔑！房間的鎖根本關不上

網上下單的，去到前台就説沒有該户型的房間了，但我下單卻沒顯示已售罄，然後説換雙人房最後我們也是妥協了，但入住一個小時後吧，前台就來房間敲門説有單人房了，我們説不換，然後前台的男就在門口不停往房間看，還是不停換方向看房間裏面，最後男朋友罵了才停止沒看，還以為這就結束了，結果睡醒到早上十一點多的時候，房間門突然被保潔阿姨用房卡打開了，我和男朋友一臉懵逼狀態，我們都還沒退房就被阿姨打開房間説要打掃了，這真的是那麼不專業嘛？而且一大早就被隔壁房的小孩吵鬧吵醒了，隔音差，服務差，還提心吊膽睡了一晚上，總之，來台山住酒店的就避開這家酒店吧，太什麼了，一點不專業
