Hotels in Taishan Bus Terminal, Taishan

More than 10 years ago, I stayed in Taishan Gaoye Hotel and was impressed by this hotel. It is a well established, well equipped hotel and within walking distance to the pedestrians mall and shops. I highly recommended this hotel for its convenience. It will be great if the lighting in the room are adjustable as it is a bit dark in my allocated room. The WC has better lighting than the room itself. I will still return to this hotel when I’m in Taicheng.

New hotel in perfect location. Stepping out to a big mall and bus stop to and from Hongkong Airport. Good breakfast variety to start the day. Staffs are nice and friendly. Highly recommended 👍🏻

New World hotel is truly a world class hotel. The hotel layout is huge and the hotel lobby leading to the lift lobby has mesmerising ceiling art not unlike Sistine Chapel. Check in was quite swift. We met Ki Ki and she is indeed very kind, helpful and patient with us; going beyond extra miles in helping us navigating the city, booking cab, introducing good restaurants & even helping us to find & locate our ancestor's village by contacting the relevant association! I have to say she is a true gem in the hotel! Our heartfelt gratitude and appreciations go beyond words for her.

We stayed for two nights, hotel location is good, center of everthing,good restaurants, big supermarket nearby. Hotel staffs are friendly & well mannered, clean room & front desk staffs are very helpful; breakfast are tasty & friendly chef & staffs. For sure we will come back & recommend to others! ***** hotel

I stayed at this hotel during a recent trip, and it was truly one of the best places to unwind after a long day. The interior design stood out—elegant and far superior to any hotel I’ve visited before. The staff were attentive, respectful, and quick to assist with my check-in, along with a complimentary breakfast voucher. The room itself was spotless, featuring a super comfortable bed, free bottled water, tea, and a range of amenities. Everything felt clean, fresh, and well-maintained. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a great variety of fruits, drinks, and delicious traditional Chinese dishes. While many nearby hotels offered similar pricing, none came close to matching the level of comfort, luxury, and attention to detail I experienced here. This hotel truly delivered a premium stay without the premium price tag. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a relaxing stay.

This stay was perfect. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation and complete surrounding facilities. It is convenient for shopping, dining and attractions. The hotel has luxurious interior decoration and elegant atmosphere. The lobby is spacious and bright, giving people a feeling of being at home. The rooms are spacious and tidy, the beds are comfortable, the bedding is soft and clean, the bathroom is clean and tidy, the front desk receptionist has an excellent attitude, everyone is warm and thoughtful, with a smile on their face, the check-in and check-out procedures are quick, and any needs can be responded to and resolved in time. The breakfast is rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western, the ingredients are fresh, and the taste is very good. The restaurant environment is elegant and the meal is very pleasant. In short, this is a very pleasant stay experience and is highly recommended to all travelers!

This hotel has a good location, many locals say it is popular due to this as well. The hotel room door had a security measure that if left slightly opened, would sound an alarm. The hotel breakfast was good and had much variety. We stayed at the top floor which was level 15. I uploaded a picture of the nice view

It is a blessing for business travelers. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and you can relax in seconds after lying down. The lobby is exquisitely decorated and stylish, and you can relieve the tension of business trip as soon as you enter the door. The front desk is efficient and enthusiastic. The configuration of 200+ is much better than that of the same price express hotel. I will definitely stay here next time I go on a business trip!

The hotel is relatively new as compared to some of the other ones in the neighborhood. The room we booked was nice and clean. Unfortunately, they don’t have a fridge in the room which is inconvenient. The breakfast included was plentiful but quality is mediocre. But, this is no complaints considering this used to be a rural area of Kaiping. There are a few variety stores in close proximity that you can get some fruits and drinks so that is good. Will stay there again next time.

I visit Taishan 3 or 4 times a year during the last couple of years and Mandarin Elegant Hotel has been my go-to hotel most of time. The room and beds are very comfortable. I like the location. it is close to a mall with good selection of shops and restaurants; walking distance to the HK airport bus; buses to Kowloon departures from the hotel and it is about 15 mins ride to Taishan Station and the Taishan bus station. Stuff is very responsive for my issues. The most recent visit, a group of ten of my family member stayed at this hotel and everyone was very satisfied with the place.
