There is no heating or air conditioning in the winter. The room temperature is over ten degrees Celsius and I wake up twice in the middle of the night due to freezing. The hotel does not solve the problem. They only provide two bottles of water in the room and will not give out an extra bottle. There are also disposable razor cups. I didn't want to provide it, so I called three times from around 9pm to 4am the next day before it was delivered, and only one disposable cup was given. The hotel front desk and security had a very aggressive attitude, and I hope friends who see it will book with caution.

停車方便入住很快 房間也比較舒適 環境也不錯 酒店服務非常好 很熱情 工作人員態度特別棒 衞生也很乾凈 酒店寬敞明亮設施方便 睡眠不好跟前台説房間要安靜一點的 給我們安排的房間背靠小區 晚上非常安靜美美的睡了一覺 心情都特別好 洗衣服也特別方便還幫忙烘乾衣服送到放房間 服務好的沒話説 熱情效率高 基本有求必應 前台小姐姐服務周到還給我們介紹附近的吃飯的地方 早上退房時美女前台送了免費的熱礦泉水 天氣雖然冷但感覺心裏暖暖的非常貼心 總之體驗感非常棒 家人們沖啊！！！

酒店很好找，而且停車也很方便，工作人員都很熱情，前台休息區放的酸梅湯很好喝，房間也很乾凈，酒店離萬象城也近，房間的馬桶還有加熱功能在冬天真的是非常友好，早餐也很贊，整體都很滿意

前台小姐姐超級貼心，走的時候給我們拿了兩瓶温熱的礦泉水，服務真的很好，房間也很乾凈，一樓還有洗衣房超級方便，早餐的那碗麪也很好吃，很開心的一次入住體驗
