該酒店與太原站的鐵道線衹隔一堵圍牆，晚上睡覺過一陣就來一列火車轟隆轟隆，再過一陣兒就又來一次轟隆隆轟隆隆，窗户關上也沒有用，你説我還睡覺不睡覺呢？踩坑一次就夠了，不會再來了！另外房間默認不提供面巾紙。

房間及卧具乾淨整齊，設施完善。尤其是洗浴間水很沖，下水很快。早餐品種豐富，擺放有序，餐廳整潔。無論是前台、客房、還是餐廳服務人員都是服務周到、熱情和氣，有求必應。而且距離火車站衹有一站路的距離，打車、公交車站都方便。
