這個酒店很氣人，服務態度極其的不好，我住了這麼多家酒店，就這個酒店服務態度惡劣，六月三號酒店前台有一個男經理，還罵我，説話很不好，説話難聽至極，服務態度太不好了，住的酒店裡麪衞生還不好，酒店床單上還有紅色血漬，衞生真的不好，真的可惡價格上還貴，我看了一下其他平台價格比我這個價格還便宜，真坑人，這個酒店，啥也不是，這個酒店當天的值班經理最氣人，還罵人，我聽見他都把其他顧客給氣走了，真的壞，角落裡還有其他顧客掉的頭髮，氣人的很，還有煙頭，還是泡過水的，真的氣人這個酒店，衞生不好，服務態度也不好，當個經理當出來優越感了，真的氣人，這個經理説話真的不好聽，臟話連篇

酒店位置挺好，對面不遠就是奧特萊斯，房間很大很乾凈，服務也很好，這次還升級了房間很開心，比起別的漢庭真的好很多

衞生這些還行，因為我是旅遊的，但是一進去就有一股味道久經不散，然後隔音效果真的很差，而且太原這個地方比較乾燥，所以作為一個還不錯的酒店居然沒有加濕器，甚至沒有洗漱拖鞋，衹有一次性的，最好進去的時候還是問清楚好一點。

本來不想點評的，奈何臨走讓給個好評，那我就好好説説，這是我住過的相對比較大的漢庭，從一踏進大門開始就是冷漠，給了身份證接下，我這還沒辦理完隨後進來一隊人是預訂10間的就開始殷勤詢問，要不是好意提醒拿着我的身份證您在問誰，我都懷疑前台是衹看得到自己想看到的
第二，這麼大個漢庭，請問是否有指甲刀，迴應直接一句便利店裡有，這就算了，這麼大個漢庭，小朋友去前台問下是否有筆，可否借一下，對不起，沒有，沒有，這麼大個漢庭沒有一支筆，你們都是電子辦公的是吧
第三，門口寄存行李，寄存櫃壞了，大廳廁所居然也壞了，今天下雨，其他房間的一個帶娃的媽媽想借把傘上車，對不起沒有，我就不理解貴酒店還有啥了，漢庭我不質疑，我開始質疑點對點的服務管理，貴店的不是要啥沒啥，是沒有人情味，要好評的時候是怎麼有勇氣説出來的，我是差給你幾個字的好評，但是我不差你那幾支筆
要好評，我現在給你們好好評一下，體驗感最差，沒有之一
