"The staff are very nice and always polite and friendly. Upon check-in we are provided with a 8 F room facing another side of the main street. Which is quieter. The room is bright, clean and spacious. Japanese toilet and bath tub. Loved it!!! They offer free laundry services which saved us big time - Very responsive and timely. We were advised to put clothes in the laundry bag and hang outside the door handle after 8am. They picked up and delivered the same day! They offered us complementary fruits each day and a small mooncake during the mid autumn festival. Free bottled water and even a free package of snacks and chocolate before we checked out!!! I highly recommend it if you stay in Taizhou City."

"This was my first time visiting Taizhou Huangyan, and I checked into the Taizhou Sheraton. I had originally intended to ask the gentleman at check-in for a room on a higher floor. To my delight, he surprised me by directly upgrading my city view room to a river view room! The room was absolutely beautiful and exactly my style ☺️ – modern and spacious, yet with a refined touch, making it feel both comfortable and elegant. The hotel environment was impeccable too; it was clean, tasteful, and had a wonderfully relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The biggest and most pleasant surprise was the Chinese restaurant. The dishes were exceptionally well-prepared; whether classic recipes or local specialties, every dish tasted fantastic. I left feeling incredibly satisfied with the meal. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and definitely worth recommending! 👍"

"Excellent hotel to stay at if you are visiting Taizhou. A bit far from the city center, but there is a beautiful park in Chinese style just behind the hotel. Breakfast variety is great with a lot of Western good choices. Highly recommend!"

"The cleaning lady kept the room very clean and provided excellent service. There were also fruits and massagers in the evening. The sleep was very quiet. As soon as I entered the room, I felt very comfortable and felt like I was at home."

"The room was good and clean. But it wasn'tthat soundproof. You could clearly hear the voices from the hallway. Inside the bath was no socket for the hairdryer. The facilities like gym were average. The service was not good. During Check In we had to carry our luggage by our selves and we weren't offert a cart for it. The personel at the reception was not well trained and clumsy. I expected more from a Hilton."

"I rarely comment, but I have to give a good review this time. 1. The room is clean and comfortable, and the lighting and curtains are intelligent. 2. The various free facilities in the lobby are very warm. I washed my glasses, used the automatic heating eye mask, drank scented tea, and read books introducing Huangyan's humanities. 3. There are supper in the evening, and fruit is delivered to the room. 4. Because there are many guests running the horse race the next day, breakfast is moved forward from 7 o'clock to 6 o'clock, and a bowl of hot noodles warms the body."

"If possible, I would give this hotel a 6! 4.5 points for hardware, 1.5 points for awesome service! The parent-child room is over 500 per night in the off-season, with a super large projection screen and a super large bathtub, and a super wide bed and couch that can sleep 5 people (including children) without any problem. It is a very good buffet breakfast (rich in variety and delicious!) plus supper (not much variety but enough to eat and delicious), the room is very clean, the toilet has no odor, the fully automatic toilet, the 24-hour bath water is also super strong, there are goldfish frogs and cats in the hotel garden, and a lot of mineral water is given every day that can't be finished. The location is also great, with many scenic spots and restaurants around. When the front desk saw that I brought two children, he readily gave my youngest son a meal voucher (there were only 2 meal vouchers in the package and we were 3 people, one big and two small), and gave the child a small gift (Nezha series small food badge) before leaving. "The stay was fantastic! Service was top-notch, and the room was clean and hygienic. The swimming pool was also excellent. All the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, even directing parking at the entrance. Breakfast was superb. Plus, there was a wonderful surprise: the hotel sent a birthday cake, which was quite unexpected."

"The service was very good. I gave me the lake view room I requested. The view was opposite the reservoir and Taizhou Botanical Garden. The view was very good and very comfortable. I was lucky to see the cold fireworks show at night! It was a bit far from the city and the scenic spot. I went to Shili Long Street and took nearly 40 minutes.
