Hotels with Parking in Takayama

Close to JR train. Very nice breakfast, normall small bedroom in Japan. Free a drink in happy hour. Clean, comfort sleeping

This is a popular hotel in Takayama, welcoming many domestic and foreign visitors. There is ample parking space, but you have to pay ¥800 for parking overnight. The breakfast buffet can be added on for ¥1000 per person. The staff at front desk spoke good English. There was a welcome drink coupon which you could use it for beer or a soft drink at the bar, which is totally self-service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, comes with a shower and nice equipment. The onsen is located on the top floor, and for the private onsen it is on a first come first serve basis, you just need to lock it and enjoy the facility. It is family friendly, and visitors can help themselves to a popsicle after having a bath. Amenities such as combs, soap, shampoo, bath robes are provided, you can take it at the lobby.

This hotel is centrally located, just next to the Mercure. You leave your shoes in a locker and walk along the common areas barefooted or wearing socks. It's quite a hassle putting on shoes in the reception area to leave the hotel. The drawback of this system is that some guests remove the shoe cabinet keys when they check out. There's a pair of sandals in the room which you wear when you go to the toilet. This is different from other hotels in Japan where you can wear the sandals around the hotel. Super convenient, the hotel is located two minute walk from Takayama station on the way it is fully covered so there’s no worry during a snowstorm like when I was there. Service was also amazing staff met the guest with a smile and when I didn’t have an umbrella, I was offered umbrellas for loan straightaway for free. The hotel also has its own Onsen and it was very convenient to see it crowdedness through the TV in your own room. There’s also a rest area where you can enjoy the view of Takayama from the top of the building and a foot spa for those who can’t do the full body hot spring which is very good for people.

Situated just beside the Takayama Station, the location is very convenient. The room itself is equipped with a washer and dryer. We could do laundry daily during our 4 night stay. It’s a pity there is no onsen at this hotel, also there is a limit to the amount of hot water supplied so this is something to be aware of in the event that you run out of hot water for shower.

It's about 2-3 blocks away from JR Takayama Station. The hotel is right next to the main road and is easy to find. The hotel has a large bath. Moreover, it is only a few minutes' walk from Gaoshan Old Street, which is good.

It was a pleasant stay at Miyama. It is a very good getaway from the bustling city and has good amenities. It is also near Kamikochi which is a very beautiful place to trek as well!

Went with my mom for a one night stay. Had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed all the complimentary amenities and refreshments. The staff were warm, thoughtful and polite, and explained everything in excellent English. Will definitely recommend you to check this place out. Its pretty easy to find from the jr line.

The hotel is relatively small and the facilities are fairly complete, but it is relatively old. The location of the hotel is not bad, you can walk from the station under normal circumstances, but it is more difficult to carry luggage. The price is expensive, and the price/performance ratio is not high. There are better choices in Gaoshan. The service is very good, the staff are very enthusiastic and proactive in helping.

Feida Pavilion Flower Fan is a Japanese-style ryokan. The hotel shuttle bus departs from JR Takayama Station West Exit Hotel Bus Station every day from 1400 to 1730. The bus will depart every half an hour. The driver will confirm the name of the reservation customer before boarding. When arriving at the hotel, the waiter will be very warm and courteous. The same waiter received the welcome drink and snacks, then introduced the hotel facilities, and then confirmed the meal time. The food is delicious and delicate, if you are not full, you can eat ramen for a late night. The hot spring water is very slippery and the environment is good. Basically, there are not many hotel guests during the off-season. There are only three or four kittens dipping in the public hot spring. It feels quiet and comfortable. The male and female soups are interchangeable in the morning. If you want to soak all the hot springs, you can try it in the morning. The foot soup is also good.
