Tamar Hotels with Airport pickup service

The environment and location of the hotel are very good, but the service is really bad! We arrived at the hotel around 1 pm, more than three o'clock to stay, queued for nearly two hours. Rooms are clean pool was great. Breskfadt was lots of selections. The dead sea is a few minute walk away.recommend this hotel, price was great, my wife and I enjoyed the lobby with free coffee and cookies and cold drinks, especially thete was cold water on our floor

The cleanliness in the dining room was not high. Plates were dirty. There was a stage when I asked the waiter for draft beer and I received a bottle. When I told the waiter I said that I asked for draft beer, he simply said no, so I said I was not interested. Then he replied that he had opened it and there was nothing to do in our private pool. The ladder broke. And it took 4 and a half hours until it was addressed.
