The hotel is hard to find, and the name is different from what is listed on Ctrip. Overall it's ok, except that the price is a bit high, which is a bit disappointing compared to expectations. But overall the services are pretty good!

This hotel is just so classically beautiful. The location is amazing - tucked away from the main hustle and bustle but just a few steps away from the main drag. The rooms were well stocked and beautiful, full of light. Very spacious and comfortable (the linens were divine).

We've had a wonderful experience in Taormina including an excellent stay at the Palazzo Vecchio. The hotel premises are very comfortable, but the service was really the highlight. We'd like to congratulate all the team, but also to make a special consideration for Antonio - the Concierge, who provided us with an outstanding support, making us feel at home with the best tips about the region attractions. Antonio is indeed a great person and a remarkable professional. We hope to come back very soon. Thank you.

Cleanliness, beauty, courteous and professional staff, well-located near Umberto street but a quiet retreat as well. Claudio at the front desk, Andrea in the restaurant were both superb. Breakfast above and beyond normal fare. Fruit, pancakes, frittatas, cappuccino, croissants, and on and on. A special place.

The Palazzo is a relative newcomer , situated off the main street , so quiet enough - it is just next door to a delightful little museum which is worth a look around. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds- although mine felt slightly too high for ease of getting onto. There is a pleasant internal bar and an excellent , if expensive restaurant. The front of house staff are very helpful and really give good advice on restaurants etc, they made us very welcome. Unfortunately there is no rooftop bar before the formal start of the tourist season , so you have to brave the crowds to find somewhere to sit during the day.

Lovely small place, centrally located to the old town. Huge room and bathroom with wonderful toiletries. Bed was super comfortable. Windows opened. Excellent service. Charming place. It is upstairs from the street, thus you need to be able to walk up a flight or two of stairs. Loved it. We would stay there again.

I was in Taormina in 1999. I thought it was a very cool place. This is not what I remembered, as it was much quieter then, but it is still such an amazing spot. When I looked for places to stay, this looked good online. It was not just good, it was fantastic. This is a small hotel. There are a limited number of rooms, I believe 12. When you walk in the door, they know your name. Salvatore in particular, who was at the front desk many of the evenings I was at the hotel made some great recommendations for restaurants. I wish I knew the guy that was there in the morning, but he helped me figure out some of things I wanted to do. Rooms were tidy and there was turndown service. I only ate dinner at the hotel one night, but the restaurant is fantastic. The breakfast at the hotel is one of the better that I have had. There is a small spread, but it's serve to order, and the dishes are unique and delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The views from the place are fantastic, if only it didn't rain so much when I was there. But I can't hold Palazzio Vecchio to that!!

The staff was exceptional. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The hotel is gorgeous and our suite had a stunning view of the Ionian Sea. The mattress was wonderfully comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I loved seeing Andrea every morning. However, I would skip the restaurant, it was disappointing. There are many other great restaurants in Taormina. I highly recommend the Palazzo Vecchio.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The location is in the heart of Taormina. The hotel is near the duomo, but set slightly off the Corso Umberto, so it’s quiet. The lounge and the dining room look like they’re from a Merchant Ivory film set. The roof top bar is a must, with the best views of sea and city. All staff members are extremely professional, friendly and very attentive. Miriam, Andrea, Francesco, and Nick are great. Made to order breakfast included a varied menu and was delicious.
