"We have just returned from a fabulous break at Baia Taormina hotel. It is beautifully situated with well appointed, clean rooms. The staff were superb. The receptionists were especially welcoming, helpful, patient and very keen to make our holiday a memorable experience. Likewise the dining area staff especially Valentina who were friendly and helpful. The pools are excellent again the lifeguard was so welcoming and helpful. In fact every member of staff I encountered was a credit to the hotel. Shuttle service to nearby Taormina town was reliable. The terrace restaurant was an experience in itself with beautiful views, excellent food and of course friendly service. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of a trip to Sicily."

"The location is perfect to visit everywhere in Taormina town. We stayed in the family suite with a good view. The room was clean and has the basic necessary item. If we add one small request, the mattress quality for the sofa bed (only for the third person) should be considered. The normal bed is comfortable, but the sofa bed gave me the backache."

"The hotel is very good. Although the swimming pool is not big, it has a beautiful view. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful in introducing attractions and restaurants. The breakfast is also very good. You can have breakfast facing the sea. The service staff is also very friendly. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is right at the entrance to the city. It is very convenient to walk to the ancient city in two steps. If you drive there, be sure to pay attention to the hotel entrance so as not to miss it. If you miss it, you will need to make a long circle to get back to the hotel entrance because it is a one-way street. It's a very good hotel and I left a lot of good memories."

"A fantastic holiday in the most delightful area of Taormina Bay. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the food was great. Whatever went to the restaurant morning or evening we were always meet with a warm welcome. All Franco Ransazz staff whatever it was in the reception, R”Luka & Guiceppe in the cafe or Fabion or Giobanna at the swimming pools everyone was just great. "I have just returned from a week's stay in the Villa Bianca hotel,while I understand some of the negative reviews I do not agree that it is a 'terrible' place to stay, yes it's is quite antiquated (so are the majority of hotels in this region)but it is clean and comfortable. The lift does not go right up to the rooms at the top of the hotel and there are some quirky steps to climb but the pay off for having one of these rooms is the stunning views and they are amazing. Unfortunately the hotel has no pool but the sister hotel is only a short walk away(minutes) and you can use their lovely roof pool. The continental breakfast was good with a good selection of cereal,cold meats ,fruit and pastries. While we were there we found the staff friendly and accommodating. All in all we had a lovely stay(all 7 of us) and I would recommend staying here."

"Wow. What can I say. Maison Blanche was a top notch luxury experience. Giovanna and I have communicated since I made these reservations. My husband and I along with our friend had a wonderful experience. Giovanna and her husband have a beautiful b&b with all the luxuries you can ask for. They also made sure we had transportation to and from the Villa from the airport. The villa has amazing views from every room with blaclput shades if you like to sleep with the shades down. Each room has the best air conditioning with solid walls where you do not hear anyone in the house from your room. This was a huge plus! The breakfast was incredible with lovely pastries to eggs and cereal and lots of fruit with ham and cheeses. Nothing was left out. The Villa is immaculate and you can see why people love coming there yearly. Nothing was left out. All lovely bathroom products with robes and slippers were in your room if you needed them. We never needed to make reservations. Giovanna took care of everything for us. It was a plus 10 experience and we already booked again for next year. It was such a wonderful way to end our vacation in Sicily. Taromina also is spectacular."
