A little piece of heaven on a beautiful island ,great views of Etna,the sea and surrounding areas,great staff ,food and a pool to die for .games room,sauna ,hot tub ,seriously this place hits the spot ...loved being here oh and a fully kitted out apartment with a fabby view

- the hotel is outside of trapittello, the view is beautiful but you cant walk around there, there is only a busy street in front - the service was catastrophic: 7 days no room cleaning - after 7 days we asked the hotel staff and they told us we have to take the garbage out ourselves - if you ask that of your customers you can't call yourself a hotel (i do not want to criticize Rosanna who was a very charming person even though she didnt respond to phone messages) - beds were very bad (worn out of too soft mattresses) - very basic kitchen-equipment considering the room-prices

A great place to stay if in Taormina area. Always exceptionally clean, the place is truly Beautiful, with big gardens and plenty of space to park. Great for family holidays also. Close enough to all the important places to visit but far enough to have peace and quiet. We have visited 2 years after each other and will keep staying here as we don't think it can get better than this, value wise and beautiful surrounding wise.

From the minute you drive through the gates you are greeted by beautifully landscaped and maintained gardens. Can't be easy in the heat ! Rosanna and Simone came to collect us from the bus stop and were so warm and friendly, and this continued for the duration of our stay. Thank you so much for all your assistance over our week with you. Our room was good. Immaculately clean, comfortable and with fabulous views every morning. Used the sandwich toaster almost daily and having a counter top oven too was really handy. This is a self catering property and extras such as towels changes and cleaning mid stays can be requested but are not included. This was made clear, so the previous negative reviews in this regard seem unfair. Wanted to mention the pool area which is stunning. The quality of the loungers that had a full head shade over them was wonderful in the July heat. The team who worked at the pool bar were just lovely. Antoinella and Giovanna, thankyou for always being so happy. We loved talking to you and appreciated all the care you took of me being 'Senza Glutine' {gluten free} Overall, our stay was fabulous and that was in part down to the staff. Thankyou and highly recommend this property.

We celebrated my son's communion at Don Vittorio and stayed only one night. Nonetheless, I feel it is my duty to leave a more than positive review of the facility. From the first meeting with Massimo, the banquet manager, we found professionalism, seriousness, courtesy and availability on his part and on the part of all the staff. Our lunch was certainly a success. The apartment we used for the night is large (a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and kitchen/living room) tastefully furnished and equipped with all comforts but above all very clean. The structure is well equipped for a pleasant stay, gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, children's area, barbeque area, a lovely farm with various animals for the little ones, a pool bar and restaurant. A round of applause to all the very kind and friendly staff who pampered us, thank you so much for making our event unforgettable and our short stay pleasant

Really super reception. Apartment super clean, all the trimmings wonderful with air conditioning. Clean sheets and towels several times a week. And then relax by the pool. Bar headed by Antonella. What is nothing is arranged. Reception also top notch. Wanted to visit Etna and got more or less private tour there thanks to their effort. Stay in 1 word Perfetto.
