Super cold Aircon with broken remote! When turning on the shower at the end of the day there will be 3 seconds of rust water, stayed two nights and happened twice. Room 612. Other than this it was okay, there's a bus stop wrong in front of the hotel to get to Taipei which is quite convenient.

Overall are ok, just the hotel nearby do not have a lot thing to eat and quite difficult to find the lift to lobby. But it still worth for the price.

Holiday Inn offers a great stay with its reputable services and proximity to conveniences like walking distance to supermarket and a shopping mall. However, the lack of proper pedestrian walkways and limited public transport access could indeed be a concern for travelers without their own vehicles, ride-hailing or taxis, might be necessary to ensure safety and convenience. Very little eateries around hotel.

* Welcoming Reception * Good selection of Breakfast * Hair Dryer, Bath Gel, Shampoo, conditioner, slippers, bottle of water is available everyday. * Bring your own tooth paste and tooth brush they don’t provide it. * No heater so during winter it tends to be really cold. * Daily house keeping but they don’t make your bed. * 7’eleven downstairs. * Train station just behind the hotel. The train can take you directly to Taipei. * There’s no sound proofing so you can literally hear the people next door talking or snoring 😴 * I hope they get to change the shower curtain after every other guests because there’s a strong smell coming from it. * This hotel location is good if you just want to chill & do shopping. * The shops nearby also that I’ve visited are friendly and welcoming.

The service was as expected for hotel of this price range. The location of the hotel is far away from Taipei which is what we want to visit. Also, when we asked to have a late check out of one hour, the hotel responded by saying it will charge us $200 NTW which seems unreasonable and excessive for just one hour.

My first trip to Taiwan and booked this hotel. The service provided by this hotel is better then 5 stars hotels. Staff are attenable and caring. Consider myself lucky to be able to booked this hotel. When i be back to Taoyuan will definitely stay this hotel again. Good Job to the staff and management of this hotel. 5 stars

The location was in front of the fire station with a big sign, so it was easy to find, and the front desk responded quickly, so I was able to stay smoothly! It was nice that the Taoyuan Night Market was within walking distance. Also, the front desk called a taxi for me, so I was able to get there smoothly! I was glad that the TV in the room could watch a variety of content, including Disney Plus and YouTube.

The best choice in Taoyuan City center with excellent service and value, the desks team was amazing and very welcoming, the spa and swimming pool are perfect to use

Besides the cleanliness, location, service, and amenities, there is a bonus. They have a smart TV in the room. I am welcomed by the fromt desk and lucky to receive an upgrade to a family room with 2 king-size beds at the time of checking in in 22/4/2025. Strong air-conditioning. The only thing that is NOT pleasant is the simple breakfast they provided. I believe all Taiwan may provide this type of breakfast unless you pay more. If I come across to Taoyuen, I will stay in here again.

Hotel self check in and check out system. Friendly customer service on phone. Walking distance from Taoyuan Train Station. Next to Carrefour Supermarket. On (9F) - 9th Floor. Near amenities. Room and toilet are clean and spacious.
