GGuest UserBig confusion with regard to size of bed, I believed I had booked a double bed as I had ignored the option of 2 single beds on your site, but I ended up with a bedroom with 2 single beds, I understand their point of view, it was a standard room, but I was led to believe that I had booked a room with 1 bed, which I assumed was a double…..The back room staff were less than complimentary about my issue, I could hear them muttering about, “ should have paid for a double “ although the front receptionist did what she could, but said that no double beds were available
