Very unprofessional Manager/owner, its unfortunate that there’s no water at our first night due to water maintenance at the area, but they are not bother about their guest, they know already that the interruption is until 8 am in the following day but didn’t provide a water until I requested only, they brought 15 liters, we cant use the toilets, clean ourselves due to this horrible events. I asked the receptionist that i will check out the following morning if water will not restored, and i will pay the first night although my reservation is 4 nights. They agree & told not to pay, but im already decided to checkout since i didnt want the ambiance, poor wifi. But this receptionist rush back in our room, apologizing and making offer again that if we agree to stay they will give 50% off the price from original booking. Since we are in rush and we have a tour, i told we will consider the offer but if only water is restored. After our tour we arrived at hotel, my family, kids went to 3rd floor, and this manager, explaining how much i will pay, and he is saying Not 50% only 150 gel discount only. When i asked him about their earlier offer, his face turned differently , he is saying im bad, beggar, liar, and he is telling that i should be the one Bringing my own water to my room. I am guest and he is telling me like that, and he dont even let me open our room , my kids is waiting in the front door since i have the key. I told him just wait and ill come down,ill just open the room. But he insist that i need to pay, and he also threatened me that he will call police since he thinks im refusing to pay, i told him i have my payment in your reservation he can take it anytime since there’s is no cancellation clause in my booking, He tolds also to get out in his hotel. That im glad also to leave. Avoid this Property, manager is rude, Honest review, the pictures of facilities is very good but manage your expectations, there is nearby supermarket but little far from city center. VERY Bad Experience from this Manager.
