"I happened to pass by and the hotel looked good, so I canceled my original reservation and stayed there. The breakfast is very good and the restaurant interior is luxurious. The room was in good condition, but there was a bit of noise because it was close to the road. I went because they said the swimming pool was open until 12 o'clock. I was a little taken aback when I heard that it would finish at 11:30 while I was using it. Other than that, everything was satisfactory."

"Location: Convenient for getting to and from the airport or heading east to Sighnaghi, as it avoids going through the city center (which can be very congested on weekdays). However, it's not in the most bustling central area. Breakfast: Quite rich and varied. For a four-star hotel, it pretty much has everything you'd expect, plus some local specialties. Facilities: There's a free washing machine and dryer, one of each. They can be hard to get during peak times, but it's worth trying during off-peak hours. Room: We booked a room with a sofa bed. It's a rather basic sofa bed, but it was acceptable. Service: The housekeeping staff, TSISI, was the most 'alive' and engaging service person we encountered during our entire stay in Tbilisi. She even remembered that we had stayed three days prior! She was incredibly enthusiastic about helping us make up the sofa bed and replenishing other amenities. Overall: Deserves a rating of around 4.5 stars; excellent value for money."

"We were happy with hotel stay until next day morning after breakfast and try to enter the room but the access card is not working, went to reception to reactivate the access card but still not working, reconfirmed by receptionist the battery of door system flat and nothing can be done and have to wait until technician arrive to work on it. Waited for 35min then only successfully re-enter the room to pull out the languages and check-out. Our tour team members waited us for extra 15min to start the day journey. First time encounter this type of issue with my hotels stay thus far."
