Excellent hotel in Old Tbilisi with panoramic views on a rooftop equipped for relaxation! Convenient location - 15 minutes walk to the cable car and boat station, Spar is 50 meters away, a pizzeria and exchange offices are nearby. Good breakfasts, conceptual decor. For a large group, it may be a “surprise” that some of the rooms are located in another building (across a narrow street, but very close), but this did not upset us! We are very pleased with our choice of hotel! Good luck and health to the owners!

Good location and everything in walking distance, old town and close to any district you want to see. There are two buildings. Awfully we were in the second one. The room was as predicted, clean, modern and equipped with everything we were expecting. Big minus was the noise, as you could easily hear your neighbours talking. The entrance door was not shutting well. We would have loved to stay in the main house, too sad it was sold out. The breakfast an absolute highlight, fresh fruits and veggies on top there were fresh bakery stuff and so on. Combined with a friendly and polite staff a great start in the day. Amex card didn’t work even it was announced to be accepted. The pool let’c all it a hot tub was filled with cold water and no one was surround. Great view over the city.

Excellent hotel and location, we stayed 4 nights. Rooms are clean. reception staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast was good and chef very friendly . We enjoyed our first trip to Georgia and we look forward to come back again. Highly recommended to everyone Thank you and keep it up Mohamed Room 404

The hotel is located in a side street reasonably close to a bus station and a short walk down hill to the Old Town area (A bit harder walk back up the hill). The hotel is either very new or has been recently upgraded as the whole place is pristine in appearance with rooms very well appointed with tea/ coffee facilities, nice bed and excellent bathroom. Breakfast was included in the price. The breakfast was pretty basic but everything freshly prepared and regularly restocked by attentive staff. The hotel offers excellent quality accommodation at a very reasonable price. I deal place to stay for a visit to Tblisi

Me and my friends (a group of Latvians) stayed at the Banovani hotel for several days during out tour of Georgia. We had a great time, the rooms were super clean, the service was amazing and the staff was super attentive. We loved the lady at the breakfast table, she was so lovely and all the food in the morning was fresh. Jacuzzi on the rooftop was a super amazing experience, my friends had a great time with the owner and their own home made wine. We are coming back to Tbilisi in October/November and will only stay there as it was the best location and the nicest staff. Lots of love from Riga!

Great modern clean hotel with rooftop jacuzzi with views and helpful staff and amazing including breakfast. The tall bling lady at desk very helpful. I do property management and having someone like her makes it even better. In California our jacuzzi’s are hot water but there is both like soaking there with a view after a full day walking a beautiful city with friendly people. Highly recommend for sure good location too

Exceptionally clean hotel in the town. The buffet breakfast offerings is just perfect. Seems newly opened hotel with all modern design. Just feedback to fix the door knob and the shower head in the bathroom. #402 Overall was good stay for what we paid.
