The location is amazing close to everything around. The family room we booked said 2 king beds but the beds were too small. Breakfast, even though a smaller set up, was fresh and wonderful.

I booked a room for 3 nights, but only stayed for 2. I clearly submitted a check-out request and made it clear to the front desk when I checked out early. The other party said they would agree in a while, but a few days passed and they still ignored my request.

The hotel staff was very helpful. They were happy to take additional orders for breakfast, and when I sat down they would come over to ask if I needed an extra drink.
The shower had no door, so the floor of the toilet got soaked.

Central location, basic accommodation but clean and had everything you need. Although the breakfast buffet was basic, the food was fresh and the staff happily prepared additional items for you such as porridge and avocado and egg on toast. The restaurant food was good. There was an outdoor terrace where we ate both breakfast and our evening meal. Whilst the waiting staff were attentive, the two ladies on reception on arrival were actually quite rude. They spoke aggressively and expected us to sign the 'agreement' without even reading it! We were relieved to have our guide with us at this point.

It was truly one of the most amazing hotels I’ve ever been better are really comfortable clean room very nice and generous stuff good location, and beautifully furnished hotel also really enjoyed the restaurant as well highly recommend visiting ❤️❤️❤️

Very well-located hotel in the old town. It is located a five minute walk from Freedom Square and ten minutes from the Peace Bridge. The breakfast was excellent; there was a wide choice at the buffet and you could also order hot dishes such as omelette and shakshuka. We were allowed a late check-out due to our evening flight.

We are just back from a beautiful stay in the fabulous Makmani Hotel. We had 3 twin rooms which actually shared a balcony for us to relax on in the evening before dinner. The check in was very great with Ana, she also was very helpful throughout our stay. Mary the Manager was great to deal with regarding our reservation and requests. Tina in the garden Restaurant was such a fantastic young lady who was so informative, friendly and great at her job, she was joined by Tata who was also extremely friendly. I could only give this Hotel 5 out of 5 and we all concurred that our sleep was the best we ever had in a hotel, the beds so comfortable and the pillows were like marshmallows. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Tbilisi. Thank you!!!!
