The location is about 10 mins walk from the metro station. Very nice surroundings, with pretty buildings.
The breakfast is nice and the breakfast lady is so kind to us. We went for breakfast a bit early, and she tried to accommodate us. The hotel staffs were also very helpful, they tried to help us with ordering car with Yandex because our number couldnt get the sms. Eventhough we didnt need it in the end but they were helpful

Clean and new hotel, with excellent repair. Excellent work of the staff, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Fully corresponds to the description.

Отель расположен в 40мин от достопримечательностей. Но прогулка до них комфортная, по красивой улице, с большим количеством кафе и магазинов. Не надо идти в гору.
Сам отель уютный, номер чистый, ухоженный. Комфортная кровать, шкаф с вешалками, телевизор с Wi-fi, стол, мини холодильник, сейф, отпариватель, фен. У нас был номер вначале на втором этаже там ванна с душем, потом на одну ночь переехали на пятый этаж, в ванной душ и джакузи. Неприятность в том что присутствует запах канализации. Не сильный но есть. Не забывать закрывать дверь в ванную.
Завтрак вполне разнообразный, были три дня ни разу блюда не повторялись. Добавки да, стандарт (колбаса двух видов, сыр, масло, свежие помидор огурец, салат листовой) чай кофе, соки.
Отель рекомендую!

Why 4 stars? I give this hotel and not 5 . The answer to this question is simply because of his very poor breakfast. So I ll resume everything. CONS: 1-SMALL HOTEL ,LIMITED NUMBER OF ROOMS NOT CROWDED. 2-IT IS FAR A LITTLE BIT FROM THE MAIN AVENUE ,SO QUITE PLACE 3-NEWLY RENOVATED 4-ROOM ARE VERY BEAUTIFUL FROM INSIDE MAY BE LITTLE SMALL FOR TWO, BUT I THINK IT WORKS(ACCORDING TO MY ROOM) 5-VERY MODERN HOTEL EVERYTHING IS NEW AND THE BATHROOM IS WITH A BACKDOUCH 6-THEY CLEAN EVERYDAY. 7-THERE IS A SAFE DEPOSIT 8- COMPLEMENTARY 2 WATER BOTTLES AND TEA GOR FREE EVERYDAY 9-VERY GOOD A/C (CARRIER) DIGITALISED 10-MOST IMPORTANT THE STAFF ARE NICE AND POLITE AND HELPFUL. 10-bus and metro and taxi are close Prons 1-the rooms don't have a balcony, and in my room, the window is high ,so I can not see through it 2-so the big problem of this hotel is his breakfast: They don't have any kind of bread at all is it possible, so everything u must eat with a fork(fried egg, sausage, cheese ect... They aren't big varieties in the breakfast ,same breakfast every day and same food But I can say it's not bad the taste So finally I recommend this hotel ,I liked it too much but they have to improve the breakfast. I do not recommend checking into this hotel for people who came for tourism purposes. The hotel is not in the tourist center. There is nowhere to go out in the evening. The street is dark and practically unlit. Breakfast is for a 4 star with -. (not bad, but not great either) for a 4 star it is poor. Terrible rooms on the 4th floor. The window is very high and the size of a pillow. No view from the window (let alone opening the window and looking out into the yard). Constant confusion at the reception: either the key card runs out of battery, or the phone or TV in the room does not work, etc. I envied my friends who took a 3* in the center and walked until nightfall in cafes and along the streets of the old city. The so-called renovation is not worth the restrictions on night walks. extra expenses on taxis.

We noticed that after a shower, water flows out behind the shower partition and spreads across the bathroom floor. As a result, when you go to the toilet, you walk through puddles. On the first day, we noticed that the air conditioner did not cool below +25 degrees, but we thought that this was normal, because it was +38 outside. On the night from Saturday to Sunday, the air conditioner could not cool below +29, although it was even cooler outside. On Sunday morning I reported a leaking shower partition and broken air conditioner to the reception. They said that a specialist would come in a few hours and take a look. It seems that no one came to us, but I can’t say for sure. The air conditioner began to cool down to 26-27 degrees, but not lower, no matter how much you set it. In the corridor near the elevator, the air conditioner worked perfectly and I wanted to stay there overnight. The shower was still leaking.
