Everything was really good, we will back to here again 100 %. Breakfast was really delicious. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. It's located at the center and close to every where. We suggest thus hotel to any one, who want to have good stay in tbilisi

What follows is not a joke, it REALLY happened to me. I was just chilling on the room's balcony shortly before checking out when, all of a sudden, I received a BUCKETLOAD of water ON THE HEAD. I was drenched, my phone was full of soapy water, my clothes faintly smelt like bleach, the medicine I was just drinking was ruined... After complaining to the reception, they informed me that an external maintenance guy was working on their roof and had inadvertently poured his dirty water on me. The receptionist felt sorry but minimized the incident by saying that "it happened in the last 15 minutes of my stay, the other 99% of the stay were actually perfectly fine"... I was about to go out to spend my last day in Tbilisi so I urged them to call their manager to check how they could properly compensate me (I rejected the free drink and free spa treatment they had offered). When I came back to pick up the luggage I had left in the hotel and leave for the airport, they told me that (again, NOT A JOKE) because "nothing serious actually happened, just an inconvenience", they could only offer me free food or free drink, but not reimburse the night I had spent. However that could be the most expensive drink, if I wanted..... I was SHOCKED and APPALLED. I received a BUCKET OF WATER ON THE HEAD in my own room, for God's sake! And they're calling themselves a "luxury hotel", what an absolute scam. Do you think the Intercontinental or the Peninsula would deal with such an "inconvenience" in the same manner..? These guys don't deserve to be in business.

Everything was better than expected.room was so nice and clean. The location is perfect, just few walks away to bus station and 12 min walk to metro station ( both are very convenient to discover the city + get to airport) Staffs are really helpful and informative. Narges and her colleagues are amazing.This place is Highly recommended.

Your bookings are not guaranteed and you will show up only to realise that they sold your room to others for a higher rate. Read all the real comments and reviews rather than the fake ones the staff created. They have 0 understanding of customer service, they will not answer your calls and they will not fulfil bookings. AVOID

Hi everyone please read carefully then make your decision. ایرانیهای عزیز لطفا متن رو بخونید و بعد تصمیم بگیرید، گزینه های بسیار بهتری در تفلیس وجود داره و ابدا این قیمت مناسب این هتل کوچک و بی امکانات نیست. 1. It's not a 5-star hotel! It's at best more like a clean 3- star hotel. They charge you for everything even the water! 2 waters free for each day! The housekeeping does not charge everything daily and you have to tell them to please bring the shampoo or slippers or... 2.the hotel has the worst design! It's smaller than you could ever imagine! We stayed at superior rooms but still there was no place to put our luggages on! Everything is on the floor! The handwashing erea is outside the bathroom with a mirror on it! There is no other mirror! They keep the towels under the sink without covers. Because there is no shelf or any hanger on the bathroom... 3. The hotel is too small that they don't think a bell boy is needed! You have to carry your luggages and if the reception is a man they will help you! 4. The hotel location is fine. 5. The staff are friendly but the service is not! 6. The breakfast is more than terrible! The erea is too small and all items are on a little table in the middle of the room. Absolutely not worth the money. Even the coffee is served with a thermos. 7. The only positive point of this hotel is the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendly staff but of course they can't offer you a better service because of their hotel policy. 8. Overall it's not worth more than 20 dollars a night.
