Finding reservation was an issue from security in the entrance when I had booking already and we were waiting for an approval from restaurant team. Also I was told that smoking isn’t allowed and I saw other people were smoking on different table. I am Georgian and others were tourists, felt discriminated from Staff. Very sad as rules should apply for everyone fairly! Slow service too 😕

Excellent relaxing fresh air and calm atmosphere resort nearby Tbilisi. Good chance to refresh your mood and soul and to visit Tbilisi attractions and trying all tastes of Georgia. Unique and very comfortable chalet for living. Perfect!

Great place, fresh air, wonderful chalets (although of course it's time to modernize them a bit), distance from civilization, nature, peace and quiet, I come back here year after year with great pleasure. But! There is one colossal minus, which every time spoils all the above advantages and leaves an unpleasant aftertaste. It's the food. In the country - the capital of culinary masterpieces, to cook such crap - you just have to specially learn to do harm. Moreover, all the reviews on this matter just pass by. And no one wants to listen. PLEASE! Invite any respected expert chef from the Europe / UK / Australia, he will tell you the same thing - what you are trying to pass off here as mega-wellness cuisine is culinary crimes. There is overly vinegary everywhere, all the dishes are banally tasteless and unrelated, the meat is over-marinated, half is not salted at all - the other half is over-salted, no side dishes, everything is completely unrelated. The fish is more or less edible every other time, but you can't survive on fish alone for long. And most importantly, every year everything is only getting worse and worse in this direction.... Because of the remoteness from civilization, this problem is really becoming a problem, because only 2-3 food deliveries are delivered here. In principle, you can somehow adapt if you go to eat in the nearest village during the day, where any roadside cafe cooks 10 times better and tastier.

Attention for those who come to Bioli only as a hotel! It may be inconvenient for you: Not all procedures are possible without consulting a doctor and there are cases when the staff is fully occupied with providing for guests who have purchased wellness packages in advance. We also adhere to the principle of interval nutrition, for this reason breakfast starts at 10:00. At the same time, the restaurant works fully, in addition to individual wellness meals, there is an a la carte menu with very tasty food😊

It’s a really beautiful hotel . It’s up on the hill, 25 minutes from Tbilisi, air is super fresh . You do have to wait for a taxi to come from Tbilisi if you need one. All cottages are vey modern and stylish . One day they forgot to clean our room and never provided any explanation when I asked . We came with a 5 year old and so did many other guests . There is not much for him to do there , no pool, but there is a playground and chicken in some boxes . Problem with a restaurant: it’s only open for breakfast 10 am to 12 pm, the earliest you can ask for delivery of breakfast ( limited options ) is 9 am which is quite late If you go on a tour . Another thing they don’t have any ice cream . We checked every day , stayed there for 5 nights . The first day we arrived the restaurant which is very beautiful was not available as they rented it out for the wedding . They suggested we had dinner at the lounge with the same menu, which was vey limited . However , their breakfast is fantastic , especially bakery and fruits. You can to use an electric cart to go to to the lobby or parking lot. My mom asked for 2 am cart to head to the airport and she waited for 10 minutes and ended up walking there ( about 7 minutes ) with a suitcase in the dark . The wellness center is amazing . Their doctors are very knowledgeable.

This hotel seems spectacular in the pictures, and we were very excited to go there for a few days. Unfortunately, the hotel staff shattered our expectations for a good vacation. During our stay, the receptionist wanted to send some workers to fix the TV in our room. We didn't even know the TV was broken and didn't want anyone to disturb our vacation. When we were about to checkout, the hotel staff accused us of causing damage to the furniture. Also, the prices for the damage were created on the spot. I am still trying to figure out how they assigned costs for water damage and scratches to the table's surface. First, they accused us of deliberately breaking the room's kettle, while in reality, the kettle wasn't turning off on its own and was spitting water around it. Secondly, they accused us of scratching the coffee table, while in reality, we only put women's handbags on it and never used it for food or anything else. Later on, the Client Relationship manager continued yelling at us, and we were shocked by this behavior at a 5-star resort. Now I regret not recording her behavior. Seeing this kind of low behavior from an establishment that claims to be a high-end resort that values its guests' impressions is truly astonishing. A very disappointing experience.

Всю душу вложил без остатка для того, чтобы создать самый классный медицинский курорт в мире! Многое сделано, многое еще будет сделано. Биоли утоплен в лесном массиве в горах в курортной зоне на высоте 1150 метров над уровнем моря, нависает над столицей Грузии с видами на нее и Кавказские горы, в 20 минутах езды от Тбилиси и 30 минутах от аэропорта

В 30 минутах от тбилиси есть это необычное место. Тут всего 13 домиков и огромная территория. Иногда мы даже перемещались на электромобилях. Тут есть приятный лесок, есть ламы и павлины и попугаю это такой лес в своей миниатюре. В стоимость номера ничего не входит кроме завтрака. Завтрак хороший, только он начинается с 10:00. В последний день мы улетали раньше и нам дали завтрак с собой и это были самые огромные ланч боксы которые я когда либо видел. Нам положили почти весь завтрак. Персонал приятный. Есть только один ресторан на территории и мы в нем 2 раза ели. 1 раз почти все блюда не понравились, а второй раз очень понравились. Отель и цены на территории очень высокие.
