Pros:
Good location, meals included, clean, snow-white bed linen, no foreign smells in the room, there are dental bills and shampoos/gels.
Cons:
Very thin walls, you can hear everything, how someone washes, how they drain the water, how they talk in the hallway and in the room (it feels like they are standing above you), when the maid vacuums it is simply unbearable, you will definitely not sleep, and if she is talking on the phone at that moment, you will feel like you are at a concert.
The food is not bad, but there are problems with coffee cups, either there are none or there are only one or two left.

Excellent staff❤️Lika,Lizi and Natia are always ready to assist you. Located in the centre of the city. Comfortable and Clean Rooms Would recommend it for sure.Restaurant service was good and mostly liked the Ceaser Salad and "Kachapuri" the Georgian Dish was great

I had a wonderful stay at Best Western in Tbilisi! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What truly made the experience memorable was the warm and friendly service. A special thank you to Elena at the reception—she was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always had a smile. She made check-in smooth and went out of her way to assist with anything I needed. Highly recommend this hotel, and I’ll definitely be back!

Very delighted hotel, staff members are professionals, especially Lizi and lika. Also Mariam who helped us in a difficult situation. I would definitely go there because they are so friendly so hospitable exactly the kind of people who should be working on hospitality industry. The rooms are clean really good kept definitely recommended.
