Pullman Tbilisi Axis Towers

Great location in the city. Room was clean and comfortable. Good meeting rooms, gym and indoor pool facilities. Decent breakfast spread with a nice panoramic view of the city.

Great hotel and helpful staff. I had spent 30 minutes at reception before coming to my room, sorting out the next day’s trip, with the staff who was especially helpful. After that, I came upstairs, changed clothes, and was finally ready to rest. Shortly after, I was asked to come back down just to pay for and collect my laundry (express service to which I had to call and followup for). I was extremely tired and not feeling well, so I asked 3–4 times if they could make an exception and bring it upstairs. They refused, saying it’s hotel policy that all payments must be made at reception, a ridiculous policy for a hotel of this standard. Ironically, the same night we ordered food to the room, and they brought a card machine upstairs and took payment on the spot. I had actually planned to rebook this hotel but I decided against it solely because of this inconvenient and inconsistent policy.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pullman. It's in the new part of the city so away from the historical places. The breakfast was delicious, the room was amazing and staff were so friendly and helpful.
