Let me list down all of my comments and impressions to this Hotel.
- The place was small and compact, yet the best one I could say.
- Staff were very accommodating and friendly.
- It is located at center, wherein everything is accessible and walking distance.
I love the place, and I highly recommend it. 💯👌
overall fairly good hostel. Not many other women while I was there, my mixed dorm was all men 🤷♀️ There's no stove in the kitchen, and minimal to no cups and bowls/plates, but there's a kettle, air fryer, microwave, fridge. Beds don't have curtains, but we all use our towels. I'd stay again
The hotel is located in a rather run-down village.
The hotel rooms are average. I was not given a balcony room. I was given a slightly larger room on the first night. The room was very small for the next two days. There is no elevator in the hotel.
It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the attractions. It is okay to take a taxi for 6-7 lari.
It costs more than 300 yuan per room, which is acceptable. There are no disposable items, so you need to bring your own.

Wonderful stay as usual, I love the staff here, they are the best in Tbilisi. It's a very relaxing and attractive environment so you can rest properly. I always feel welcomed and comfortable when I stay.
Good things:
Service is OK, bed has curtains, cooking is possible, location is close to Taksim Square, shuttle bus to and from the airport is available.
Bad things:
The bathroom smells bad, there are very few chopsticks or forks in the kitchen, it is inconvenient to wash clothes, blankets are not replaced in time and smell.
The hotel is nicely situated right in front of a small park and within a short walking distance of Fabrika. Upon arrival, the concierge was very kind and welcoming. The room was huge and very clean. The walls and floors were somewhat thin, so it did get a little noisy sometimes. Breakfast was wonderful (they provide you a form when you arrive and let you choose preferred breakfast items). I'm looking forward to staying here again when I return :)
If you want a taste of Georgia, this hotel may be just the place for you.
It’s located in an atmospheric old residential neighbourhood of twisty streets and steep climbs. If you know cities like Hong Kong, Istanbul or Belgrade, you’ll be familiar with this. You can walk it easily from the Central Railway Station. Otherwise the 368 bus will bring you most of the way.
The hotel is pleasantly decorated and has a large verandah with a nice view over the city for breakfast or an evening drink. In season, they have a mangal (a traditional barbecue) and live music in the evenings.
The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything I would expect including a small fridge and TV. A kettle, tea and coffee would also be nice.
For me the highlight was breakfast. It's a buffet of homely sweet and savoury Georgian dishes made freshly by the owner, including eggs, salads and traditional small, thick pancakes with sour cream.
If you’re looking for traditional hotel comforts you’ll find them here, with warmth and an authentic local twist.
The surrounding environment is very ordinary, on a small hillside. The hotel is not big and the room is not big but it is very clean. The breakfast is delicious, the best in Georgia in the past few days. The hotel is very close to the Trinity Church, which can be seen from the room. It is very close to the subway station and the station to Yerevan. There is a Turkish kebab roll at the intersection below, which is delicious and cheap.
The hotel was good clean and nice the location is good as well walkable areas and there is metro station very very close. Only the breakfast is not very much but still was nice and there is no personal items for using on the room you have to call and ask them for it. Overall is a good hotel
The room is not big. There is a garden outside the first floor. The privacy is not good and the soundproofing is not very good. However, the hotel is in a good location. It is in the middle of the old town. There are food everywhere. It is convenient to go anywhere. There are very few parking spaces at the door. It is not suitable for self-driving.

Amazing
KKimwillruleShota Rustavalli Boutique Hotel, Tbilisi, Georgia: The most luxe of our stay in our whirlwind, super-tiring travels through Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia, we were looking forward to well-deserved pampering here and daily warm bath tub soaks. I’m one for authentic reviews so here goes. The start of our stay was terrible. Water was cut off in this part of town - mind you, we were next to the Parliament of Georgia, how dare they. So there was no water for the day. If you have just arrived, smelling far from English Gardens and sweaty, this is the end of your world. We were given mammoth water bottles for wipe downs. Water was up the next day. It isn’t the hotel’s fault, really. However, there were more shortcomings. We had full-day trips out of city and were too exhausted to complain. Our door didn’t open or close easily, like there was a misalignment. Room smells like sewage in the evening. Shower gel ran out and housekeeping didn’t top up. This was mortifying as we had an early day trip out and housekeeping didn’t start till 7.30 am as I was informed via Whatsapp, but reception said 9 am. AC is always parked at room temperature, sometimes warm. Pool, gym and sauna are out too and unannounced on site. I’m listing the litany of crimes so management can sort this out as the poor staff get the lambasting. Gocha was very sweet and explained as much as he could with the water cut-off. Ana was our thumbs-up favorite with 360-service recovery. She arranged for a birthday cake for my son. Also a complimentary bubbly breakfast. Also so kindly extended our check out time (although there was a power cut for a good hour, we were nonetheless grateful). The great merits here are the location – this is smack right in the city, we even stood next to the protestors at Parliament of Georgia. Restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping, museums are all around, within a short walk. There’s 10% discount on dining and free Georgian wine (you’ll be drinking it like water in Georgia). It did all end on a very sweet note – thank you Ana. #eatstylishtravelstylish
GGuest UserMarriott hotels abroad are not comparable to those in China. The rooms are not very big, the sheets feel dirty, and there are no slippers, toothbrushes, etc. But the location is very good. You can go to many places around the hotel. Overall, it is a good hotel in Tbilisi.
MmikhailWithout water.
Everything is just great, the place, the service and the staff.
They speak Georgian, English and Russian, maybe others too, but these 100%.
The staff is friendly and very attentive.
The breakfast is full, you can make up any you want. The products are fresh and high-quality. No one cares that you put sour cream in your soup bowl, the main thing is to eat everything. There was even dried melon, of course, it is an acquired taste, but it was there. Lots of dried fruits and fresh fruits, a full range of dairy products - from sour cream and cottage cheese to yogurt and milk.
The view from the window is simply gorgeous, and if you also look out...
The area of the hotel itself is very colorful.
The time spent in Old Tbilisi will be a good memory and will motivate you to return to Georgia and admire the rest of the beauty of the country.
I was there only one full day and a little bit of the second.
I spent two nights in total.
Regarding the price - it suited me, because I don't mind spending money for vivid impressions.
Have a nice trip.
MMaksimResiding in this hotel in early October, the standard number was booked.
Very convenient location, the most central city, all historical places in 10 minutes walk. We were given a room with view to the temple, the Narikala fortress and the statue of the Mother of Georgia. Very good breakfast, we will definitely return. Obligate to visit their restaurant on the terrace, with the best view in Tbilisi
JJayNice hotel & Nice rooms. Our room had a View of the Freedom Square and it was really wonderful to see the Saint George Monument from our windows especially in the night. Wonderful hotel but just one negative that a four star hotel like Marriott doesn't have a bellboy to pick up & drop off luggage. It seem quite weird and didn't expect it. However, apart from that the stay was just wonderful. The room with freedom square view is worth the price.
Wwpcoco33You need to walk a step to arrive, the hotel will send someone to help with your luggage, the facilities in the room are average, a bottle of water per person is provided, and a bottle is charged 5 lire. There are fewer varieties of breakfast. There are many antique collections in the public area, which can help guests make simple explanations. The open-air swimming pool is located high and has a good view.
