I loved the room kind of because I got bitten by many bugs but great place toasty better then driving 2 hours to teapot from far airport to the surf spot had the best time seeing the surf spot in Tahiti with my mom and friends meet very nice locals to show us around Tahiti

The Vanira lodge is located on Tahiti iti in Teahupoo. The lodge is located on the mountainside with amazing views. Each bungalow is made of local materials and is very unique. A truly authentic experience. The staff were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed - including ice and a champagne bucket! If the restaurant is open, take advantage- you will not find a better breakfast or dinner location!

Vanira lodge was the last place we stayed during our two weeks around French Polynesia. It was such a lovely way to end our time there. The bungalows are unique and very comfortable and the views are fantastic. It was nice to experience the overwater bungalows elsewhere and the mountains here. The restaurant is small and the hours are limited but the food was excellent and the staff is lovely, accommodating and warm. It has a rustic charm and was one of our favourite stops.

If you want to book HAARI room in VANIRA LODGE, you will not get the following advertised items: - Air conditioner (does not exist) - Safe (broken) - Coffee maker - Hair dryer - Hand and face towels - Room is not is not properly sanitized, dirty and dusty shelves with ants eggs - No door in the toilet, it is not separated from kitchenette

This is not a resort and dont go to Vanira unless you like to be well off the beaten path in the middle of a peaceful jungle. Each lodge is unique and hand crafted from local materials. The lodges are open to outside so be prepared to share with a few bugs and few small lizards. They are spread out and each one is very private. The grounds are lush and beautiful, the pools are welcoming and the staff wonderful. There are bikes to borrow, but they are in pretty rough shape and the last short hill back to the lodge is a killer. We had dinner there one night and it was very good. Possibly due to the world slowly awakening from Covid, open restaurants are a challenge to find nearby. STRONGLY suggest the roadside food trucks. Oh my goodness the food is outstanding and cheap. Many restaurants are open odd hours and odd days.

Hôtel atypique caché dans les montagnes, l'expérience est à vivre ! Les chambres cabanes sont très bien équipées, on se croirait dans une maison de Hobbit. La vue sur la mer est époustouflante. Très bon restaurant avec jolie vue. J'ai malheureusement eu de la pluie lors de mon séjour ce qui rend les chambres assez humides. Merci à toutes les personnes de l'hôtel qui sont charmantes.

Très belle expérience. Le logement est atypique (il est ou ert aux quatre vents, douche exterieure) mais authentique. Une vue incroyable dans un.magnifique cadre. Un personnel aux petits soins. Un petit dej excellent et de bons repas aux diners.

Deuxième séjour au Vanira Lodge ,toujours aussi top !! Équipe très agréable et à l’écoute , les bungalows sont très natures , originaux et bien équipés dans un environnement zen , très bien entretenu . Le petit déjeuner et dîner sont parfaits . La pension est à proximité de PK0 donc la vague de Teahupoo . Belle vue mer Il me tarde de revenir
