Tegalsari Kedungdoro Hotels

This was my first trip to Surabaya and I had decided book Four Points Sheraton Tunjungan given its central location and competitive room rate. I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel recognized my Marriott Bonvoy member status and accorded me the corresponding benefits despite me not making this reservation via the Marriott Bonvoy app. Kudos the hotel staff for that!

Stayed overnight because it was close to the station for the morning train departure.

I originally booked one of the renovated rooms and there is a bit of fiasco in the first day when I came back to the room it just reeked of raw sewage, almost like a pipe it exploded, and I immediately called housekeeping who sprayed but said that they would move me to a different suite which is the one in the photos. This is one of the more expensive suites and it’s basic and similar in comparison to the renovated suite. However, renovated suite looks like it was renovated back in 1990s as the other suite was much nicer and more modern Overall, the service was fantastic. The food in the breakfast was delicious. The pool is nice. I’ll be at a little quiet and overall it’s a great location if you wanna go out to different sites or if you just wanna cruise the mall or do some quick shopping 

Upon request, the hotel provides me with iron and kettle. But there was a small cockroach in the bathroom. The soap dispenser looks old and not quite clean but overall the hotel is good. Location is great. Recommended.

The JW Marriott Surabaya offers a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the location is perfect, close to shopping and dining. Rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and stylishly designed. Overall, a fantastic experience with excellent service. Highly recommended!

The rooms are spacious, clean, the breakfast lacks variety, but it's delicious. The swimming pool is big, the lift is old, because it's been around for a long time.

Place is beautiful. Room is spacious but needs more cleaning to get rid off the white stains. Cheap and a great place to stay. Near to cafes and restaurants. Walking distance to mcd and malls.

The food is convenient, the price is very affordable, the transportation is convenient, and the sanitation is cleaned every day.

This was the second time we stayed in this hotel, and the experience was always awesome. We really liked the room that we booked this time, and the vibes the view and the experience was good. Unfortunately I find the dishes during breakfast were quite bland and the choice was so limited, but we really like the relocations on the top floors, got really good views, and made the whole breakfast quite enjoyable. Regardless we will always recommend this hotel and definitely will stay here again in the future, 😁

This is my first time staying at the Santika Pandegiling Hotel in Surabaya, I am quite satisfied because it meets my expectations. The facilities and quality of service are of a 4-star class. That's why I ended up staying an extra night for a total of two nights. Suggestions for parking guest cars should be protected from rain and heat outside the building on the west side of the hotel.
