The hotel is very comfortable and the receptionist and other employees are also very friendly. The place is very close to tourist attractions in Surabaya city. Located in the middle of the city too, so you can get access to any place

First time staying at this hotel at Surabaya, located at the heart of the city, 5 mins walk to tunjungan plaza but hard to find local amenities, need to walk further or take cabs. Overall convenience even quite old,no gym or swimming pool. Every weekend seems parr pf the main street can be used for jogging till 10am

A comfortable place to relax. The facilities are good, the staff is friendly, and it's centrally located. The food was also tasty, though the menu lacked a bit of variety (unlike other Favehotels I've stayed at). But overall it was great, and I'll definitely return. Thank you.

The food is convenient, the price is very affordable, the transportation is convenient, and the sanitation is cleaned every day.

I was pleased with my experience staying at Hotel Bisanta Bidakara. The building is kinda old, but the room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable sofa, TV, closet for hanging clothes, refrigerator, and a relaxing bathtub. The hotel also provided a delicious breakfast with a diverse range of dishes, including nasi goreng, pecel, bubur ayam, spaghetti, nasi kuning, and many more. However, there were a few issues that arose during my stay. The air conditioning unit failed to turn on for about 20 minutes, the remote control screen was blurry, and there was a noticeable noise from the machine. Fortunately, the AC was able to function again after a short while. While there is room for improvement, the hotel's comfortable rooms, the wonderful breakfast experience and responsive staff make it a good choice for those looking for accommodation in Surabaya.

Place is beautiful. Room is spacious but needs more cleaning to get rid off the white stains. Cheap and a great place to stay. Near to cafes and restaurants. Walking distance to mcd and malls.

This was the second time we stayed in this hotel, and the experience was always awesome. We really liked the room that we booked this time, and the vibes the view and the experience was good. Unfortunately I find the dishes during breakfast were quite bland and the choice was so limited, but we really like the relocations on the top floors, got really good views, and made the whole breakfast quite enjoyable. Regardless we will always recommend this hotel and definitely will stay here again in the future, 😁

This is my first time staying at the Santika Pandegiling Hotel in Surabaya, I am quite satisfied because it meets my expectations. The facilities and quality of service are of a 4-star class. That's why I ended up staying an extra night for a total of two nights. Suggestions for parking guest cars should be protected from rain and heat outside the building on the west side of the hotel.

This is the umpteenth time staying at this hotel. It is getting better day by day. The room is very clean, the AC is cold, the bathroom is clean and the atmosphere is very calm. Here is also free drinking water, making tea and coffee. Another very special thing is the very proper prayer room ... It is very comparable to the price anyway
