The hotel facilities are very new, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the service is very good.
The location is convenient, there is a Chinese restaurant next to it, and the supporting facilities are good.

Very nice accommodation, clean room, nice breakfast with fresh coconut water. Great live music by the pool on Friday night. But the best thing is definitely the staff. Everybody friendly and kind. A special thanks to Nasiha who everyday remembered my name and give a kind good morning, and also Prince and Emmanuel that were really nice.

The food and the services are top notch . My friend and I attended the Friday night BBQ at Alisa hotel Tema. It was an awesome experience to start the year with. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, ready to serve as at every point. We will always make Alisa Friday night BBQ an option to dance and wine

The ambience was so beautiful I loved the food, the drinks, the desert, soft music and the customer service was amazing. 💯 it was a beautiful and nice experience. I’m definitely going back with my family to experience the live band and buffet.

My company hosted an annual event at the Merridian Hall at Alisa Hotel Tema and as the IT manager for my company, I experienced a professional service from the Hostel's IT Support - Henry Narh His service was customer centric and friendly throughout. I was impressed by his act to collaborate with my team days prior to the event and post review of the event. Aside this, the food service was lovely, well cordinated and delicious. Hotel Staff of the Hotel who engaged us directly for the event were prompt.

I liked the place. Albert served my friends and I very well. He attended to us very well. He was patient with our demands. He was diligent and he patirnt with us. Gideon who served us drink also did his job well. He kept the drinks coming 👌🏽. The food was well cooked. I liked the Asian beef *****.

Solid Ambience colorful salads Excellent staff ………………………………………………….. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my meeting forum.
