Hostel is work in progress and by any standard should not be listed as Nara hostel at trip.com when I checked only on ******* assigned exclusive. Name spelt as Mori no at Tenri city is more accurate as Mori O at Tenri is not part of Nara city and I took a bus which lasted an hour from Nara kintetsu station. Hostel locked out after 9 pm and code access along back alley unlighted is undignified，kitchen also not air when heavy cooking locked up the smell. Bedroom is laminated wood unvarnished make it look as coffin enclosure. The food around the area is good if you know how to find it.

A good youth hostel. I suggest that the front desk hours be extended and bicycle service be added. Because there are only 4 car rental services in front of Tenri Station, you won’t be able to grab one.

It was cheap, but there was a time limit for check-in, and if you're coming from far away, you have to plan your schedule taking into account unforeseen circumstances like traffic jams, which can be quite stressful.

I stayed here on a solo trip.
As other people have said in their reviews, the staff were really polite and welcoming. I was very grateful.
The private room was spacious enough just to sleep. The bedding was clean. However, since it's all made of wood, it may be best not to place delicate items directly on it.
The washroom and shower room were very clean and easy to use.
I would like to stay here again when I visit Tenri (or Nara). Thank you.
