"The parking lot is spacious and the station and downtown are close by. It was new and clean. I was happy that the breakfast was good. It seemed like they had a lot of other services as well. However, I felt a little lonely because the amenities were a bit simplified for today's standards."

📍 Moto Yamaguchikata, Somanouchi Cho, 438-7, Tenri

"I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The room was clean, spacious, and relaxing. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The bathroom only had a shower, so I wish there was a bath for consecutive nights. The staff were friendly and available 24 hours a day. There was plenty of free parking space. The shared lobby-like space was spacious and coffee, tea (teabags), a toaster, and a microwave were all free of charge. I'd like to stay here again if I come to Nara."

"The landlady was a very nice person. I was able to soak in the bathtub and relieve the fatigue of work, which I was very satisfied with. The parking lot is a bit small, but other than that, it was a very satisfying inn."

Business Hotel Kirakuso ★
"This is a very nice guesthouse. It was around 10 PM when I arrived, and despite the late hour, the hostess was very helpful in checking me in. Smoking is allowed indoors. The room is spacious and fully equipped, including a TV and a bathtub. If you're visiting Nara Tenri, this is the perfect place to stay. I highly recommend it!"

Fairfield by Marriott Nara Tenri Yamanobenomichi ★★★
"The hotel is new and very clean, making for a very pleasant stay. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. The lobby has a nice atmosphere with stylish sofas, making it a comfortable place to be, and families were enjoying their packed lunches there. There's also a drink bar with cups that come with lids, offering both hot and cold drinks, and the miso soup (even though it's powdered) was delicious!"

Nara Plaza Hotel ★★★
"The staff have a bad attitude. They're unfriendly. Is it because they don't want to bother guests with children? I felt uncomfortable from the check-in stage. The room was not well-cleaned. The area in front of the refrigerator was dusty, and when I wiped it with tissue, I was surprised to see it turn completely black."

Mori No Guest House - Hostel ★★
"It was cheap, but there was a time limit for check-in, and if you're coming from far away, you have to plan your schedule taking into account unforeseen circumstances like traffic jams, which can be quite stressful."
