Embaúba Boutique Hotel

The experience was terrible. The hotel claims to be a luxurious place to stay, but the service falls far short of that. The price is for refinement, but the hotel offers us one of the worst services I have ever seen. First of all, the hotel is quite isolated from any civilization, so you are practically forced to eat all your meals at the hotel, even dinner, which is not included in the daily rate. The kitchen opening hours are inconvenient, only 2 hours for breakfast and 3 hours for lunch, and breakfast times are close to lunch (in other words, we have to eat lunch without being hungry, so as not to "miss" lunch, which is already included in the daily rate). Furthermore, and most importantly, the restaurant is horrible. The service is extremely slow, each dish arrives at a different time (for example, at a table of 6 people, at no time did all 6 people eat their meal together), and the dishes arrive cold, when they should have been hot. Several family members had to send their dishes back to the kitchen, they were so cold when they arrived at the table. To give you an idea, we sat down at the restaurant at 2 pm, and only ate our main courses at 4 pm, TWO HOURS LATER. Meanwhile, the waiters kept lying to us, telling us that the dishes were already on their way. Furthermore, the hotel seems stingy to us, charging for items like machine coffee, when it was exactly the same coffee as breakfast, which was included in that meal. There are parts of the hotel located in remote areas (such as the gym, heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, rooms...), and the hotel promises that there are enough cars (golf cars) owned by the hotel to take us from the main building to these other areas. However, the cars take a long time to arrive, and they are not even close to meeting the demand. On the day of our departure, for example, we had to carry our bags the long way between our room and the main building, because the golf cars did not arrive. The facilities also leave something to be desired. For example, in the rooms, the curtains let the sunlight through, and as a result we were woken up at 7:30 in the morning. The heated pool was out of order, and there was construction work on a large part of the lawn next to the headquarters and the pool. In short, neither I nor my family will ever return to this hotel.

Não tenho nem palavras para descrever esse hotel Boutique e me considero uma pessoa muito exigente, desde a limpeza até o atendimento. Os funcionários são escolhidos com muita cautela porque fazem da sua hospedagem uma experiência realmente única de tão atenciosos, amorosos e prestativos que são . As refeições nesse hotel são surreais de maravilhosas, nunca fiquei em nenhum hotel com a qualidade gastronômica que esse oferece, pratos super elaborados pelo renomado Chef Paulo Araújo, desde o café da amanhã até o jantar. Os quartos são impecáveis , muito limpos e cheirosos, alem de grandes e confortáveis com uma banheira deliciosa. Roupas de cama e banho de primeira qualidade. Realmente fora da curva!
