The Fern Residency Turbhe

The staff is very nice, especially Tapas and Anmol Verma, both gave us best service. We enjoyed a lot ☺️. The variety of food here is vast. Ambience is extremely beautiful. If you come here, don't go without trying the butter chicken. We'll surely come back again

The bathroom was cleaned to a high standard, with no visible soap scum, water spots, or unpleasant odors. The trash was emptied, and fresh supplies like towels and toiletries were replenished as needed. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. Some corners and hard-to-reach spots, such as under the bed and behind furniture, could use more attention to ensure a truly deep clean. Additionally, while the overall cleanliness was excellent, a more thorough dusting of decorative items and vents would enhance the experience. The cleaning staff was professional and courteous, completing the work efficiently without causing any disturbance. Their friendly attitude and willingness to accommodate specific requests were appreciated. Overall, the service was satisfactory, with just a few minor areas for improvement. My stay at the fern hotel was comfortable and pleasant. Food was good, good rooms, helpful staff. Special thanks to Mr Faiyaz from housekeeping, he is very kind and helpful, kept my room clean and fresh throughout my stay. Would love to visit this place again. Thank you.

The room is good and the staff is so friendly. House keeping (Pritesh & Tushar, Supervisor Suraj) and Laundry was go good. Rooms were kept so clean every day and the staff were promoting green by providing glass water which is a great initiative by the Management.
