The hotel stay was very good, we stayed as family and hospitality was good. Staff were good. Best budget hotel. Worth the price. We could not get ac room but. Non ac was good. Hot water was available with clean rooms and bathroom.

We had booked a non ac 4 bedroom at place for 2 nights. The only positive aspect was the bed. All other features were very poor. Lot of mosquitoes, room not spacious. Frequent power failure. No proper car parking. Will not recommend for family stay.

average. 1. No parking facility. 2. For booking, a room was given on the terrace. 3. Just opposite to the grand residency entrance, auto / taxi stand is functioning. The drivers are rude and aragunt natured. They don't even permit our car till the entrance to unload or load our luggages.

Room was clean. Parking space available. Very convenient and near to eateries and big temple is just kms away. I had stayed few times but this time there was difficulty in reaching hotel due to the storm water drain work. Also i didn't get help from hotel as nobody picked the phone at 2:30pm. It took half hour to reach hotel as google map wasn't showing the alternate route.

1. There is only 4 parking spaces, which was not informed by the hotel before booking
2. The hotel does not have any facility to help their cars when the parking is full. 3. Rooms do not have windows and ventilation, as such rooms are damp and gloomy
4. Room 307 and 107 to be avoided
5. No restaurant available
6. Dental kit is not provided
