Very nice, polite and humble staff. I liked the food, being a vegetarian it's difficult to find the taste and cuisine. I would recommend for the families. The Buddha statue view from the hotel is clearly visible with all its shades from morning to night.

The hospitality of the staff, the effort taken to go that extra mile to make the guests comfortable was the biggest highlight of the place. The rooms are nice with a great view. The proprietor Mr Loden is a great person and very hospitable. Overall a great place to stay with neat rooms, good food, good and ever smiling team

Among the four hotels we stayed at during our week-long trip to Bhutan, Phuntsho Khangsar Hotel was by far the best experience. The staff provided warm and attentive service, making us feel truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The facilities were top-notch, offering comfortable and well-maintained rooms, modern amenities, and a cozy ambiance. Overall, it was our favourite stay in Bhutan, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Perfect location! Great stuff! Thanx a lot. We love this hotel Good rooms, everything you need is there. We relax in this place. Personal is very good. They helped us with everything. Hot water, good beds. We stayed here for 1 night before Paro. I reccomend this hotel for sure

We were 8 of us and we had the most lovely experience at the hotel. We wanted to change our rooms to better ones and the owner/management willingly did that for us. The service was excellent. The entire staff was polite, friendly and most helpful. The owner went out of his way to give us food that we might like. The hotel is very welcoming, the rooms are very clean, the bathrooms are excellent. I will recommend this hotel most strongly.

Our trip to Bhutan was fantastic but the stay in Thimphu was made memorable by the Phuntsho Khangsar Team. I lost the paper where i noted down the entire team’s name but really all thanks to the Front office, Laundry F&B team and the owner. They were superb, helping and supportive staff. The property was clean and in the town so near to almost all the places you are visiting in Thimphu. The rooms, bathrooms and view from the rooms all were great. The food was really nice as we got the opportunity to have breakfast and dinner in the hotel and mostly tried the Indian food. So it an absolute recommend if you are planning to stay in Thimphu because one you stay here will always prefer staying at this property.

Beautiful brand new boutique hotel (1 year old) with most spectacular views of seated Buddha and Thimpu! They very graciously upgraded me to a room with a balcony and I absolutely loved the room. It is spotlessly clean warm and cozy. Staff is warm friendly and very helpful. I loved how quiet it was except with the occasional barking dogs. I highly recommend this gem 💎 of a boutique experience to anyone visiting Thimpu!
