跟父母一起去的，房間很乾凈，分裡外間兒的，挺好。服務也非常好。美中不足，洗手間有點小，我們三個大人洗完臉，毛巾沒有地方掛，裡間也沒有能放行李的地方，但是畢竟市中心嘛，去哪兒都方便。離地鐵站也就100多米，買蒸餅可方便了，去西北角地鐵4站直達，哈哈哈。下次如果住市區還來。

很少寫點評，也沒寫過差評，但這家店的居住感受真的很不好。12點多到店，前台説沒有乾淨房，建議出門吃個飯逛逛再回來，理解。吃完飯兩點多回到酒店，結果壓根沒給準備房間，現通知趕房，又熱又累在大堂又等了半個多小時。這個家庭房實際應該就是小套房的客廳加了一張床，連個床頭板都沒有。衞生間衹能進去一個人，兩個人洗漱都站不下。訂房的時候看見酒店在裝修，但辦理入住全程都沒有人提示裝修噪音時間，到房間剛要休息就開始電鑽聲。孩子想要投屏看電視，根本連不上！打電話叫前台，説稍後上來幫看看，結果等我睡了一覺起來都過一個多小時了，根本沒人來。再次致電前台才上來，調了20多分鐘説能連了，當時着急出門，等回來的時候發現還是連不上，也是無語了。晚上窗户也不隔音，馬路上的車聲很明顯。住了這麼多品牌和酒店，這個真的是住過最差的了，晚上勉強睡了一晚，早上果斷換酒店了。不論是硬件還是服務，真的都真的不太行

五一和同事帶孩子去天津旅遊，熱門商圈的住宿很少有這種兩室的家庭房子，海光寺的這家如家商旅是新開不久的，很乾凈，前台服務也很不錯，兩室都有電視，衞生間乾濕分離，但唯一不太好的就是靠馬路，晚上睡覺隔音不好，比較吵。

提早一個星期就在看酒店了，幫朋友訂的房，酒店離鞍山道地鐵站非常近，去天津五大道、金街、文化中心、古文化街、世紀鐘等地方都非常方便，酒店工作人員服務都很熱情，房間打掃的也乾淨整潔，一樓還有洗衣房，服務員耐心幫助，提供洗衣服務，很暖心！朋友對我訂的酒店都非常滿意！
