幫朋友訂了兩晚，第一晚環境不怎麼樣委婉的和商家説，因為床不太喜歡想換一個，店家説沒有房間了，明天可以換一個，結果換了一個更差的。第二天我去看了一下，簡直了…聯繫平台投訴，店家以退房了，當時沒有説為由不予解決，但是當時第1晚有和商家溝通説換房間。商家説今晚沒有房了，解決方法就是轉天換個更差的嗎？第一晚不叫當時説了？説了有啥用？還是説當時你能過來馬上維修，買家電？作為消費者不是幫你超漏補缺的，是享受服務的，店家作為一個民宿基礎的條件設施不完善也就算了，環境還臟亂差到處都是土破舊不堪，床品品牌混用，洗漱用品不提供肥皂？？？價格敢定到300怎麼想的？？？這個價格還不如住一個連鎖的，乾淨又衞生，環境還好，還精選大床房…欺負外地人不懂，覺得大家沒住過民宿是嗎？什麼都不懂？？？本地人親測大家避坑啊…

離海河不遠，周邊啥都有，樓下就是保利廣場，對過就是印象城，非常方便，晚上還去海河溜了一圈，過了橋就是意式風情街。離地鐵近，天津站也不遠 房間乾淨，一次性用品齊全 很温馨 投影有會員 下次還來他家
