優點，離地鐵近，自駕車可以停到衚衕裏，不收費。
缺點，衞生間反味大，一次性浴巾收費15元，裝修陳舊，空調聲音太大，第二個床在格子裏，悶熱，空調冷氣根本進不去，所以我們一家四口衹得擠在一個床上，體驗感差。

房子位置好，交通方便，停車也比較方便。房間雖然有點年頭了，但是衞生情況還可以，設施齊全，住着比較舒服。唯一需要注意的是二樓的小房間是沒有空調的，但我們把一樓的空調開着，晚上睡覺也還可以。房東人很好。總的來説是性價比很高的。

位置不錯。但衞生實在不好，建議房東換家清潔公司！一樓很亂，沙發很臟，廚房也是，很多地方都是灰。衞生間和卧室都在二樓，衞生間反味嚴重，薰的睡不着，穿衣鏡是碎的，樓梯地板什麼的都是壞的，床上用品總覺得不是新換的，沒有剛洗過到味道，體驗一般，不過地理位置不錯，出門很方便。樓下商場餐廳都有

房東服務態度很好，就是環境不是特別理想，傢俱有破損，家裡發現有極小的螞蟻🐜睡覺沒有安全感，三個女生沒有梳子沒有護髮素……有一個房間隔得空間比較小比較悶而且沒有空調

✨[進入房間第一眼]和想象中有差別，樓上一間房子就是在上樓梯後的空間裏塞了一張床，用拉簾隔開，個人覺得安全性不是太好，挨着樓梯，沒有多餘空間。行動不太方便或者帶有孩子的還是不太建議住。

酒店位置很好，酒店交通很方便，房間設施挺好的，房間非常乾淨整潔，床墊非常柔軟舒適房間熱水來得也快，東西都比較齊全，服務挺好的很用心，服務態度好，期待下次入住設施齊全
