房間內，壁紙都受潮捲起來了，空調還漏水。
我們一開始定的是粉紅女郎，到了之後説那個房間上鐘點房了，讓我們先住了其他的房間，説等鐘點房的客人走了，讓我們換過去，但是我們比較膈應鐘點房，最後沒換。第2天我又訂了一個房間（我有券，比較便宜），準備續住，然後中午的時候跟我打電話説，那個房間已經沒了，説我不是**的客户，他那裡沒有實時訂單提醒。讓我訂個其他房間，或者補差價繼續住正在住的房間。我説那我也訂房間，為什麼讓我一個在住的人補價格，怎麼不讓那些還沒入住的人調房間。商家拒絕了我。我也表示理解，我問差價多少，我補一下，結果店家讓我補我的券後價格和房間實際價格之間的差價，好像要補140吧。
然後説我現在住的這個房間，因為我已經入住了，所以他把房間訂購給關閉了、下架了，我要續住的話就衹有這一間房。不補這140，就不能住了。
那麼，我一開始訂購的那個房間，他為什麼不下架呢？為什麼要當成鐘點房讓別人住呢？我後來訂的那個房間，為什麼也不下架，等着我去訂？然後告訴我那個房間沒了，讓我補140。
關鍵是我訂完那個房間之後，那個房間在系統上就不顯示了。這説明類似於有庫存的那種，系統會自動關閉的無房庫存。而且我在系統上退訂了之後，那個房間又顯示有了。
總結下來就是，商家想讓我當冤大頭！
