It's OK. I thought it was close to the airport, but it's actually quite far from A. It's near the school, so it's OK. It's livable, and the environment is OK.

Apart from being close to the Civil Aviation University and being cheap, there is really no advantage. The hotel is too old, there are basically no facilities, the room smells bad, and it is about 15 minutes drive from the airport.
