酒店位置非常優越，距離3號線津灣廣場地鐵站C口不足50m,距離解放橋世紀鐘等景點步行五分鐘，是在一棟保護的老建築內改建的酒店，也是我此次入住的主要原因，想感受一下老建築的味道。
我選的這個房型絕對是酒店的寶藏房型，僅此一間，也是唯一配備浴缸的房型，佈局合理，視野開闊，看着非常的大，可以看到世紀鐘和燈光秀，酒店設施符合酒店定位，尤其是健身房，是兩層挑高空間，視野非常好，我也是頭一次遇到這種設計的健身房，但是每次去都關着燈，可能現在各行業都降本增效吧，得需要喊服務員現開燈，酒店早餐種類不算多，但是出品尚可，味道不錯。
服務也很好，前台很熱情，響應也及時，説説我認為的不足，比如沒有浴袍，衞生紙過薄，床單被罩布草手感差些，織數不夠，此次假期出行，住了幾家四星酒店及一家五星酒店，每個品牌各有特色，各有側重點，但是這家是值得推薦入住的好酒店，我給五星好評。

因酒店各方面都不錯，酒店旁邊就可以坐叮噹車去雲南整個天津市。還有可以在攜程報一天團的車也在酒店門口可以停。所以又加住了一晚這酒店。酒店的早餐豆花特別好吃，那師傅還專程為我做了一晚再次感謝他。很值得前往的酒店。

這家和喜來登毫無關係吧？進門口不知為什麼窗都開着，且窗簾背後還有前住客喝剩的飲料，不清楚是我沒找到排風還是壓根沒有，衞生間通風有異味。給的2樓尾房，還有個台階，差點讓我半夜崴腳，機器人都無法配送東西，樓下有個音樂餐廳，巨大的音樂聲震動地板，窗對面是麻辣燙和麪館，隔音巨巨巨差，大量遊客吵吵鬧鬧到凌晨，清早5點對面還有垃圾清運車工作，根本無法休息！要不是晚上着急去看演唱會了，一定換酒店，沒比這些更糟糕的了。

先説結論:
1.不建議拖家帶口開車去的選擇
2.按着快捷酒店的感覺入住吧。
先説好的方面:
1.新開業的酒店，房間乾淨
2.解放橋景區就在邊上不足百米
不好的方面:
1.性價比太低，附近太亂，根本享受不到一千多的酒店服務，基本就是個快捷酒店。
2.節假日不要去，門口都是人，噪音很大，車根本開不進去
3.沒地方停車，還得停別的大廈樓下停車場，找個不方便。
4.一樓大堂和沒有差不多，感覺進了一個酒吧。就是人來人往的嘈雜的地。噪音大，沒服務。

非常有歷史的酒店，開業第一天好不容易訂到的房間，周邊景點距離非常近，員工都很友善，很友好，也很細心。朋友也非常滿意。退房後落了衣服在房間，前台及時打電話給我們，服務效率讓我意想不到。下次出差來天津還會選擇天津解放橋福朋喜來登酒店。祝酒店生意興隆。
