賓館離天津西站比較近，步行不遠可以到達天津之眼，。設施不算很新，還算乾淨，前台給免費升級了房間。熱水充足，WiFi也可以，性價比不錯。

房間有暖氣，洗澡水可以，衞生環境不錯，服務態度很好，前台熱情，對長者十分照顧，我和媽媽歲數偏大，對我們這兩個老奶奶十分照顧，謝謝前台。
