酒店位置優越旁邊是商圈有吃的，下樓步行十分鐘左右就到河邊，裝修風格也很好看，在房間裏也可以看城市夜景，店長姐姐人超好超細心，還給手寫攻略，非常滿意的體驗
不足兩點，一是外賣不能上樓，樓下外賣櫃取，二是熱水是熱水器供應的，洗太久水會涼，介意的慎重考慮

這是我住過的最棒的民宿，必須要好好誇誇！
一進房間，寬敞明亮的空間讓人眼前一亮。卧室的大床又大又軟，白色的床品乾淨整潔，睡上去就像被雲朵包裹，一覺到天亮。床頭的設計很有特色，復古的木質床頭搭配暖色調的燈光，氛圍感拉滿。窗簾是全遮光的，很厚實。
客廳區域佈置得温馨又舒適，墨綠色的沙發搭配幾個同色系抱枕，旁邊還有一把單人椅，閑暇時窩在這裏看看電視、發發呆，每一個沙發上都有一塊毯子，可以裹着毯子看電視。電視機屏幕超大，支持雲視聽投屏。茶几很有設計感，上面擺放着鮮花，瞬間為房間增添了幾分生機。窗邊的位置視野絕佳，白天能看到城市的風景，晚上則能欣賞夜景。
廚房雖然不大，但有一個小冰箱。在711買點冰塊可樂就可以實現冰可樂自由了。店家準備了一大桶水，枱麪也打掃得乾乾淨淨。
衞生間給我的印象也很深，沒有一點異味，地面和牆面都十分乾淨。熱水供應充足，洗澡的時候水温穩定，花灑的出水也很均勻。洗漱用品質量也不錯，用着很舒服。洗手液是屈臣氏的，洗髮水護髮素沐浴露也是進口的，洗手枱處的牙刷不是少毛的劣質牙刷，小牙膏是舒客+的，最貼心的是它準備了一個護理包，裏面有棉片，指甲銼刀和棉簽！這個真的太貼心了！！浴巾毛巾是用竹簍裝蓋住的，一次性拖鞋底是軟乎的，還貼心的放了一袋超能防串色洗衣液，下面就是滾筒洗衣機，太方便了！
床頭有一個多方位插排，上面的櫃子有一份商家手寫的天津遊玩攻略！！吃喝住行都非常詳細，字也是很養眼的瘦金體。
房門口最細節的地方，就是店家放了一把很大的雨傘！！這個真是我住過的酒店裡唯一一個想到這裏的店家！這樣出來玩萬一沒帶雨傘，也不用害怕再需要出門被淋濕了！！
這家民宿無論是房間佈局、設施配備還是衞生情況，都無可挑剔。房東也特別熱情，有問必答，提供了很多實用的出行建議。住在這裏，就像在家一樣自在，下次來這邊還會選擇這裏！！！

超級好的住宿體驗，地理位置也超級棒，雖然是天津颳大風來的，但是絲毫沒有影響到遊玩，樓下隔壁就是商場還有生鮮超市，點當地特色外賣送來的也非常快，房間温馨有設計，還貼心的準備了旅遊攻略！！！來天津遊玩就選她！！！

從北京到天津很方便，所以經常週五晚上預訂聽相聲，就近訂的公寓，非常方便。房間整體的設計讓人很舒服，色彩搭配和佈局看得出來設計是用了心思的，布草和床品都是星級酒店標準，床和i枕頭也很舒服。整體衞生整潔，唯一有一點小小瑕疵的是細節上的衞生，玻璃浮雕牙杯很漂亮，如果保潔阿姨不認真刷，就會存留上一個住客刷牙留下的牙膏沫。讓人看了不舒服，還好廚房有一次性紙杯。還有進門左手邊櫃子的空檔格子有一層塵土，一看就是忽略了打掃。其實也不打緊就是自己對衞生要求比較嚴格，稍微提一下。值得一提的是公寓老闆自己手寫的天津遊玩和美食攻略，很用心。總體來看很好👍

房間實際情況跟圖片一模一樣，室內設施都比較齊全。公寓大樓特別乾淨，樓下有保安24小時管理，安全性高。地理位置特別好，周圍有很多大商場，吃飯購物都很方便。入住方便，聯繫房東自助入住。

設施：水龍頭忽冷忽熱，真的浴室的凌噴頭需要好好修一修。
地暖：熱死了。降温了也沒用。
床也很高。
服務：天津人很省，我習慣刷一次牙扔一個，讓我一根刷兩次，確實是為難我了。（如果不在乎就可以忽略這個評論了）
其餘的環境還是不錯的。離地方還是很近的。

一進門真的是驚艷到了，環境特別不錯，是周圍環境最好的了，性價比非常高店裡的裝修風格感覺很簡約時尚，又帶點小特色，很適合📷拍照噢離鼓樓，大悦城，地鐵站都不遠，店長也非常貼心，有個本子上寫滿了店長推薦，還寫了推薦飯店以及大概價格，非常貼心
