我們當天入住的前台和退房時前台標準不一 入住當時前台説退房的時候如果有空房可以延時退房 結果退房的時候前台換了一個小年輕的告訴我們十二點之前必須退房一秒鐘都不能延時 不然交25一個小時延時費 請問是你們酒店標準不統一嗎 幾百塊錢的房費就差這麼一點吃相真的很難看 建議趕緊培訓一下那天的前台
