Fairly good. Anyway, lot of cigarette smell in reception room. (no in the room, luckily)
There is restaurant (muslim) near the hotel. If you want to taste Halal hot pot.

The hotel is pretty good for its price. A little dusty and needs renovation of the rooms. However, the location is perfect for travelers, close to subway and train stations. The area is quiet, good for having rest after tiring day.

Grateful we can check in early; better to ask for a room that do not face the traffic because the cars will horn in the morning but which the hotel has no control
over it.
Take Metro Line 2 alight at Sino-Ocean Int'l metro station Exit D. At the main road you should see a building for Postal services "邮政局" opposite you.
Cross towards it and the hotel is just next to it - the hotel is only 5-10min away from the station. Tianjin is a walkable city and we enjoyed the shared bicycle culture there
